White wine industry belongs to China's traditional industry. After several decades'develpoment since the foundation of the people's Republic of China, it has now an annual output of 3 million tons and pays profit taxes of 10 billion every year. In 2008, white wine industry in our country continues developing at a high and steady speed, with a increase of both sales and profit above 10 percent. Especially those good leading enterprises which can adapt quickly to the market grading by attaching importance to cultivating brands and expanding the market channels, will have better opportunity to develop and as a result promote the upgoing of the level and the optimization of the structure of the whole industry. The whole trade will accelerate the change from resource advantages to industrial advantage,which will raise the level of making comprehensive use of the trade.At the same time, the acceleration of the integration of global economy and regional econommy provides the chance for the wine industry in our country to distribute the resources in a larger scope and open up the market.Under such circumstances, Shaan Xi Taibai Wine Indrustrial Co.,Ltd will be encounter new opportunities and chanlleges inevitably.This paper gives a systematic analysis of the advatages and disadvantages of the internal management of Shaan Xi Taibai Wine Indrustrial Co.,Ltd. It also gives a summary of the related study of the scholars in China and abroad, on the basis of which, the author puts forward the the following viewpoints:the key to the development of Taibai Wine Indrustrial Co.Ltd is to formulate the market management development strategy.The study of the development strategy must be based on the present situation,and at the same time the opportunities and chanlleges from the outer environment it will face must also be considered. So to work out the correct strategy and carry it out, it is necessary to annalyze the advantages and disadvantages of Shaan Xi Taibai Wine Indrustrial Co.,Ltd.,as well as the opportunities and challenges using SWOT Analysis Method.The contribution of this thesis lies in it gives a full and objective analysis of Taibai Wine Industry'operation and management, industrial background and future develpoment trend, in view of its specific characteristics. It also puts forward brand promotion stragety,regional market establisnment stragety,and new marketing stragety.
