Implementing"internationalization strategy"to go outside will be one of the most important topics of Chinese economy development during"eleventh-five"period. Yangtze Delta metropolitan region, as the leading area of domestic manufacturing, has also walked one step in advance on internationalization action, whose experience will have important referential value for successfully implementing"go outside"strategy during"eleventh-five"plan. However, the research on the internationalization of Yangtze Delta manufacturing is far from deeply, existing three deficiencies: firstly, it's accustomed to directly apply, mechanically, existing internationalization theory to interpret or instruct the enterprises'internationalized action, be short of exploring its unique characteristics by comprehensively observing and analyzing the real internationalization strategy of the enterprises; secondly, it's unilateral while research enterprises'international competitive capacity, often focusing on single area as technology, management or finance, hard to achieving one integrated competitive structure of enterprises or understanding the relatively competitive strength and weakness of enterprises; thirdly, research objects are used to concentrate at one single city or single enterprise, cannot reflect the whole circumstance of the Yangtze Delta metropolitan. So, the current researches do not typically representative of the internationalization strategy of Yangtze Delta manufacturing, equally undermining its referential value for other areas.With the purpose of offsetting these shortages, trough a comprehensive investigation on 569 enterprises located in 16 cities of Yangtze Delta metropolitan, with different ownership or scale or industry, this research is attempt to make a thorough inquiry of the unique characteristic of Yangtze Delta manufacturing's internationalization strategy, probe the integrated performance of the ten competitive priorities, and to comprehend the diversity between enterprises with different ownership or scale, through which to describe a integrated blueprint of internationalization strategy of Yangtze Delta Manufacturing. Wish this dissertation can bring forward some enlightenment for different enterprises'internationalization strategy.The research route of this dissertation can be described as follows: Firstly research the implement degree and motivation of enterprises'internationalization strategy; secondly study the choice of internationalized approach; thirdly probe the potential capacities of competitive priorities related to internationalization; next try to understand the external and internal influential factor and needed policies of enterprises will facing internationalization; finally bring forward a gridized management model aiming to increase the international competitive strength of the enterprises. Along with the route, this dissertation includes several sections as follows:1.
