With the development of society and economy, consumers haven't been satisfied with the basal, normal, popular demand.Their demands present diversification,indivi duation, differentiation.The management mode based on production and selling hasn't been adaptable to the new form.At the same time,market industry grows form the scarcity stage to the ripe stage, competition is getting more and more furiouser, and the competitive strategies of product output,product price,product cost aren't suit for the new development.Competition lies in not only product price,not only innovation, service,etc.During the new period,the product difference theory has the new meaning,the product difference endows the firms with the market energy,and becomes the important method to shape the competitive capabilities of firm.The aim of this research is that, based the analyses of the product difference models to design the product difference theory under the modern condition,and provide good guidance and idea for our firms.This research includes three parts: the part of product difference model,the part of designing and the example part.The model part inciudes,the 1.1.1 chaptenthe review of the monopoly models,the 2.1 chapter- the model analysis,the 3 chaptenthe analyses of multi-product quality difference discrimination and the optimal quality and pricing strategy under single monopolistic manufacturer,and the 4 chaptenthe analysis of product quality, product price and the nash equilibrium under multi-monopolistic manufacturers.The part of designing is short,includes the 2.2 chapter only.The example part includes the 5 chaptenthe difference and game analyses of the mobile communication firms in China.
