Research On Entrepreneur's Human Capital Pricing Innovation

Outstanding entrepreneurs is an important resource in our national economy development, and the resources are very scarce in the country. Whether an economy system can efficiently utilize its limited resources to meet social expectations largely dependent on an incentive mechanism. The competition in the market depends on the competition among the entrepreneurs , In our country seriously unreasonable entrepreneurs remuneration induced the alienation of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship losses,so presently entrepreneur's human capital pricing is an urgent problem to be solved.Entrepreneur is a kind of rare productive factor, spuring to the interest of entrepreneurs we can not only consider income distribution, but also their property rights. The paper is based on the comparatively forefront fields of entrepreneurs human capital pricing ,using enterprise theory, human capital theory and labor value theory , on the basis of existing research results , we start with analyzing entrepreneur's human capital intension, construct entrepreneurs human capital measurement model, aiming at carrying on innovation of entrepreneurs human capital pricing.Firstly, starting with the basic theory, we defined the concept of human capital, then carried on systematically entrepreneurs human capital's content and characteristic and analyzed its basis on which entrepreneurs human capital shared enterprises ownership. Because of the scarcity of entrepreneur's human capital's element its owner should own enterprise's ownership. Entrepreneurs human capital has both creditor rights and owner property rights,so they not only reclaim the value in accordance with their consumped proportion, but also share its surplus value created. Its bases on which the human capital participate in enterprise's profit distribution are property right income theory of the element and element contribution remuneration theory. On one hand, entrepreneur's ability is a kind of productive factor like labourer's work, capital, land, create enterprise value.On the other hand, entrepreneurs participate in enterprise's property right distribution according to their contribution among the enterprise contribution of surplus.It is a world difficult problem that how to measure human capital value , the solution to the problem offer a scientific decisive basis for human capital accounting, performance appraisal, income distribution and the establishment of mechanisms.This paper starting with analyzing human resources value measurement, and pointing out its limitation and deficiency , think that human capital value should consider both its currency exchange value and its residual value .That is to say , only its totall value could accurately reflect on its human capital value.
