The Research Of Evaluation And Promotion Strategy On Industrial Human Capital Rate Of Contribution In Shandong Province

Industry is An important part of the economic development of Shandong province.After 30 years of reform and opening up the long-term struggle, Shandong industry has achieved rapid rise, has now become the main force of the harmonious development of the province’s economic and social stability. But with the continuous expansion of the total economy, industrial development is facing enormous challenges, the urgent need to speed up transformation and upgrading. In the era of knowledge economy, every step of economic development have cannot do without the knowledge. Human capital as the carrier of knowledge, its important role in the social development and industrial progress has become increasingly prominent, and gradually replace the traditional factors of production such as land, capital, becomes the core element. Therefore the industry must rely on the promotion of human capital to achieve rapid transformation and upgrading.Firstly, This paper summary and analyze with a variety of angle analysis the related theories of human capital and research situation, which provide a good theoretical basis for the following study. Then based on the human capital theory, this paper discusses the mechanism of human capital in the industrial development, analyzes the important role of human capital in the industrial development.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper analyze the large amounts of data about human capital of Shandong Province and summary the current situation of industry, then put forward the shortage of human capital of industry of Shandong province : the shortage in stock,unbalance of structure characteristics, and the research proposed at present human capital of industry of Shandong province is the impact of industrial development.
