With the advent of era of information economy, human capital is playing an increasingly important role in the process of enterprise value creation, human capital as well as physical capital becomes the important capital element of enterprise. Enterprise human capital is intangible capital that the enterprise employees get through learning, training, the difference between human capital and human resource is that human capital pays more attention to the quality of labor force. Human capital makes an important contribution to enterprise value creation, gradually becomes one of the important indicators to measure talents utilization of a country, region or an enterprise.Human capital contribution rate is the contribution enterprise human capital makes to corporate earnings. This paper selects new high-tech enterprises as the research object to study human capital influence factors in order to use human capital more efficiently because talent is more important for the development of new high-tech enterprises, the human capital has a more important influence on the creation of corporate earnings compared with ordinary business. On the basis of a large number of literature research, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of human capital influence factors, and calculate .the correlation between the enterprise income and influence factors through gray relative analysis method by selecting 20 high-tech enterprises in different fields as the research object to have an empirical analysis. It can be seen that five influence factors play an important role in the process of creating corporate earnings, which include education investment,education, salary, technology and labor flow rate. Then human capital contribution rate of new high-tech enterprises is estimated by using the measurement model of human capital contribution rate. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions respectively from training,salary investment, increase attractiveness of employee, rational management of human capital flows in order to further improve new high-tech enterprise human capital contribution rate, thus create more value for enterprise.
