Main contents:China has experienced steady reform and the growth of economic keep high speed simultaneously, which is regard as"Stigma"by the common people. The advancement of reform has brought the stern challenge to the theory and in the practice to the financial structure. Theoretically, the firstly, when explained the special phenomenon about financial structure during Chinese reform, the financial structure concept of Goldsmith had faced all sorts of confusion; the secondly, the theory of financial structure's evolution rule nearly relies on analytic method by "BS and MS" Model, neglecting the approach to the microscopic mechanism inherent laws about the financial structure. In the practice, firstly whether the supplies of fund can continues or not is very important, because it is the safeguard to realization of reform; Secondly, finance in reform can satisfy the new request by completing other functions during the future transformation.The dissertation take the vicissitude of Chinese Finance System as the foundation. The way in the construction of financial contract during the reform process is the key. By the newest achievement in the new institutional economics, full information about background, analyzing the power mechanism, which is the impetus of finance transform. Then by the analysis frame based on the financial contract structure, through the angle of view in which the reciprocity can be reflected by the financial contract, the dissertation can explain complex financial phenomenon in the reform.
