The Research On The Relationship Of The Evolution Of The Financial Structure And Upgrade The Industrial Structure

The domestic and foreign scholars eager to study the changes between the industrialstructure and the financial structure. But most scholars only research the financial impacton the economic and industrial structure. Literature on the relationship between theevolution of the financial structure and upgrading of industrial structure is seldom. Thispaper studies the correlation and coordination between industrial structure and financialstructure. The financial structure can affect the industrial structure; similarly, the industrialstructure can also affect the financial structure.This paper summing up the existing research on the financial structure and industrialstructure and collating the relevant theory to analyze the current situation and therelationship between financial structure and industry structure. The analyses reveal that thefinancial structure needs to be improved.This article uses the coupling coordination degree and gray correlation analysis toresearch on the relationship between the evolution of financial structure and the upgradingof industrial structure. This research found that there is a coupling effect between theevolutions of China’s financial structure and upgrading of industrial structure, they affecteach other. Through the study find that China’s financial structure needs to be optimized.We should improve the coordination between the financial and the industrial structures.Finally, the article made optimized recommendations on the structure of financialinstitutions, financial market structure, financial asset structure and financing structure.
