The Research About The Degree Of Financial Contralling Of SMEs' Oversea Investrment In Taiwan

Activities involved in financial planning and control system are very critical when reinforcing negotiation activities within organizations becomes necessary. To Taiwan based companies, most of them emphasize on hardware used in business operation. Reversely, they usually neglect the indirect-production sides, which are financial planning and control system. Recently, following by the continuous economic development and the fast changing social environment, Taiwanese business people have more opportunities and also faced heavier competitions than before; therefore, a complete and excellent financial planning and control system will play the roles of bases and supports to gain competitive advantage when Taiwanese business people devote themselves into foreign direct investment.Based on the above thought, this research would achieve the four purposes:1 Understanding the general situations what the Taiwanese companies' financial planning and control system in their branches offices in mainland china.2 Investigating the factors which can influence the linkage of the financial planning & control system and business performance incurred to their China branch offices..3 Analyzing the relationships between the financial planning & control system and business performance incurred to their China branch offices.
