With development of the global industry information, logistics has come to be important competitive field as well as the primary and vital part of national economy. In demand of the extension, high speed and low cost of collaborative E-commerce, collaborative logistics becomes the key mode in recent years. And modern logistics research is being focused on supply chain management based on alliance collaboration. Supported by the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China-"Research on Network-based Collaborative Commerce Chain" (No. 70172016), and the project of National 863 High Technology Project of China—"Research on Electro-mechanical-oriented Application Service Platform" (No.2003AA414013), this dissertation is structured in guidance of the theories of system, information and coevolution. Based on entropy theory, synergetics, schedule optimization, game theory, Collaborative logistics mode is studied by combing and coordinating the elements of time, cost, potency and persistent advantage. In chapter 1, based on the information of Chinese manufacture and the great effect of collaborative E-commerce, background and significance of the research are introduced; the development trend and the current research situations of the cross-cooperation mode, logistics decision optimization and the lack of information approaches by ASP are expatiated. Finally, the framework of multi-elements and main contents in the dissertation is proposed. In chapter 2, economic symbiosis and complexity of collaborative logistics network is studied by theories of harmony and entropy. System analysis combined with structure entropy and operation entropy provided theoretic foundation for collaboration mode and network construct. Furthermore, research framework based on time, cost, potency and persistent advantage is put forward. In chapter 3, to distribute the logistics tasks with different deadline among the network node, mathematic mode based on time coordination for collaborative logistics is constructed, and virus evolutionary genetic algorithm (VEGA) is designed to get the optimal schedule solution of the mode. On base of this, parallel transaction of collaboration tasks by time overlapping technique is used to quantitatively compress process time in logistics pipelines. The research provided potent decision support for fast response of logistics service. In chapter 4, cost controlling strategy of overflow effect is studied on the basis of cost architecture and behavior. It is discussed that strategies take different effect on cost reduce. To optimize the resource configuration and allocation of logistics tasks, decision mode based on cost coordination and its VEGA procedure are built for collaborative logistics. Performance superiority of the solution procedure is demonstrated by Schema theorem. As the valid decision making technique, the research is great help of collaboration cost save.In chapter 5, research is concentrated on potency coordinated strategy from aspects of economic benefit, service quality and increment efficiency. Based on the activities network of resources and methods sharing, a benefit mode of collaboration logistics is established and applied...
