In recent years, the rapid development of Internet, led to the electronic commerce and the breakthrough of the logistics service between the revolutionary differences. The first call to the traditional e-commerce logistics enterprise logistics service based on network is gradually replaced by a new era of travel show, far compared to the logistics industry, provides convenience for people's daily life, and is more suitable for the development of current society. At present,the development speed of the development of China's logistics enterprises still can not keep up the logistics industry, the research shows that from 2008 to 2010, a short span of three years, China's online shopping growth rate has continued to rise, and to keep the 100% of the rapid increase in the proportion of the network in recent years, with the ratio of market Chinese it is steadily rising. The research literature re port shows that the national ecommerce logistics network consumption of the ten cit ies are Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, etc., they occupy 60% of the amount of China's logistics network consumption. With the current development speed, the surroundin g areas of these cities in the future will become an important area of ecommerce logi stics network location. With the rapid development of electronic commerce network of logistics enterprises, increase consumer demand, the traditional logistics enterpris e has not complied with the logistics network of ecommerce enterprises the pace of development, the impact of logistics delivery personnel shortage, distribution center,distribution path node and logistics enterprise service quality factors for the develop ment of modern logistics enterprises. The development of ecommerce enterprise's lo gistics network bottleneck, therefore, the electronic commerce logistics network in u rgent need of improvement and optimization.This paper according to the characteristics of e-commerce logistics network and the main problems existing in the development of, through the investigation and Analysis on the situation, put forward to study the Delphy model is set up by using the expert evaluation method and entropy method. In the fifth chapter, the example analysis, through the data on J transport of goods distribution center in Beijing area and order fulfillment center, establish the calculation results of the model optimization of distribution center node and distribution path, finally this paper verified the feasibility of research on logistics network optimization of electronic commerce. This paper through the research background and significance of the electronic commerce logistics network, based on the current development of ecommerce logistics enterprises, analyses the necessity of business enterprise logistics network, through the demonstration of logistics distribution system optimization analysis, in order to realize the optimization of logistics network under electronic commerce. In this paper, we put forward the Delphy expert scoring method, the establishment of the model, the application of entropy method to optimize the distribution center and distribution path. Finally, the paper put forward the expectations of the optimization process in the optimization process, to provide a feasible strategy for the development of China's business logistics.
