The quality safety supply of livestock products is closely related to the safety of human beings and animals, the environmental protection, the sustainable development of livestock husbandry and the internationally competitive power of livestock. Compared with the fruitful and progressive study on quality safety supply of livestock products in the recent years, the lack of research in in-depth principle analysis and quantity illustration to supply motivation remains a lasting problem. Based on various subjects like marketing economics and quality economics, guidance by the state laws in animal quarantine and stock husbandry, referring to the existing research results at home and abroad, close combination of domestic realities in epidemic disease and products safety and in methods on quality and quantity, the paper carries a complete and penetrating discussion over the theoretical basis, situation and contributing causes, overseas management experiences, function positioning and their relationships among various supply bodies, supply aims choosing, analysis of cost and profits of the management mechanism and supply motivation. The whole paper consists of nine chapters.Chapter 1 IntroductionThis is a chapter centering on the demonstration of the feasibility, aims and significance, domestic and overseas dynamic state, research processing, innovation and insufficiency of the paper with the emphasis on the practicality and importance of the deepening study on quality safety supply of livestock products as well as the close relationship with supply in its demand.Chapter 2 The Relevant Concept Discrimination and Theoretical Basis of Quality Safety Supply of Livestock ProductsThe objective definition of the general concepts and terms connotation is the starting point for the principle study.
