The dissertation discuses the Management right alliance (MRA)'s background, concept, characteristic, forms, evolvement, outspread, lifecycle, rationality, governance construction, management, economic effects and development strategy; not only opens out the general laws of the MRA, enriches the enterprise theories, but also brings forward the methods to raise the competition ability for the enterprise, and the strategic proposal to speed MRA for the government. Following management and economics analysis, the dissertation adopts some research methods including qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, paper study and practice investigation, case study and norm analysis, theory study and comparison analysis to explain the existence rationality and internal laws about the MRA. On the one hand, the dissertation clarifies various misunderstanding to MRA, defines it's concept, characteristic, types and forms. And then analyzes it's evolvement, matrix outspread and lifecycle by the core capability theory and the value chain theory, at last illuminates it's management foundation is the knowledge triangle, thus building up a complete theoretical system of the MRA. On the other hand, the dissertation illuminates the back ground of the MRA is the global value chain rivalry, the core capability division of labor, the intellectual capital share, expert team management and the information network connection. Then analyzes the rationality about the team resource allocation of the MRA by transaction cost theory and game theory, discusses it's governance is team governance under the proprietary right system of intellectual capital in itself by the decisive organization factor theory and the principal-agent theory, on the base of demonstrating that the modern enterprise system tend to insider control gradually up, analyzes the possibility to realize team governance by the modern enterprise governance, and brings forward that the appearance of team governance is parallel governance construction. In addition, analyzes the economy effects of the MRA including the short-term effect, the long-term effect, the polarization effect and the spread effect by the neo-classical economics theory. According to the research conclusions of these both sides, the dissertation builds up the index system and evaluation standards of the MRA, contrasts the domestic and international development of the MRA and found out the reason that it grows slow in our country, then put forward the strategic target, strategic path, strategic measure and organization strategy to develop quickly it in our country.
