Research About Knowledge Alliance Evaluation Of The Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise’s Core Capability In Hebei Province

Equipment manufacturing industry is to provide for the national economy andnational defense construction equipment manufacturing production technology is a corecomponent of the manufacturing sector, particularly industrial development is the basisfor economic development. Level of development of equipment manufacturing industryis an important manifestation of the country’s comprehensive national strength, thestate’s major equipment manufacturing is a matter of national economic security,national security and strategic industries. With the acceleration of global economicintegration, equipment manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province is facing a hugeupgrade opportunities and challenges. How to find a competitive advantage from theirown, building the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province corecapabilities to enable enterprises to obtain the unique advantages of sustainabledevelopment in the fierce market competition,it is the modern equipment manufacturingenterprises need to solve the problem.This article is based on the background of China’s equipment manufacturingenterprises core competence needs to improve.First of all, based on the characteristics ofthe knowledge alliance theory and equipment manufacturing enterprises analysis theformation process of core competence；Secondly,from the perspective of knowledgealliance, analysis of the components of equipment manufacturing enterprise core ability,establish a core competence evaluation index system；Then, using the structuralequation model to verify the evaluation index system,find out the main factorsinfluencing the core competence, the core competence of final index evaluation system；Finally, through the establishment of simulated annealing-support vector machine(SVM) model to build evaluation model of equipment manufacturing enterprise corecompetence, and using the established model to evaluate the core competence ofequipment manufacturing enterprise in hebei province, the countermeasures andSuggestions are put forward on the equipment manufacturing enterprises in hebeiprovince.
