| As the main flowing form of international capitals, the influences that FDI takes on host countries have been paid continuous attention by economists from all over the world. The Technology spill-over Effects of FDI refers that: involuntary technological spilling improves the technology and productivity level of host countries, including the effects on the technologies of exploring, producing, managing and selling the new products of relating industries and enterprises in the host countries. Utilizing the Technology spill-over Effects of FDI to enhance the technological levels of domestic enterprises, is the important basis of China's policy: to gain technology by sacrificing the markets. However, we should reconsider and re-study the routs and mechanisms of Technology spill-over Effects of FDI, because the practices of Open-door Policy in more than twenty years show that the releasing of such effects calls for series advanced elements.The whole dissertation is organized by 7 chapters.
