As the main flowing form of international capitals, the influences that FDI takes on host countries have been paid continuous attention by economists from all over the world. The Technology spill-over Effects of FDI refers that: involuntary technological spilling improves the technology and productivity level of host countries, including the effects on the technologies of exploring, producing, managing and selling the new products of relating industries and enterprises in the host countries.
