Impact Of International Technology Transfer On Chinese Technological Innovation

With the advancement and progress of technology and knowledge, globalintegration process accelerates step by step, which leads to international competitionis becoming increasing fierce, which directly shows on the international competitionbetween knowledge and tech. International technology transfer such as internationaltrade, FDI etc play good role on promoting economic growth for developing countries,which has been confirmed by many studies, but currently there are still doubtswhether these channels can be the main way. Especially for developing countries,simply rely on these ways could improve self-ability to innovate technology, thusachieving economic growth? The Enterprise itself technical learning mode vary sincedifferent channels of international technology transfer?Based on previous research of separate channel of international technologytransfer, this article compare and study four major ways together, to analyze thedifferent mechanisms and contribution to Chinese high-tech industry, thus knowwhich kind or several kinds of international technology transfer can significantlyaffect the high-tech industry. By constructing1995-2012annual input-output model ofknowledge production function, through the regression analysisfound that internalR&D investment is the main way of the technological innovation, and technologyimport also has positive effect on the Chinese high-tech industry. Butinternationaltrade and FDI hinder the technological progress and innovation.
