Since China's reform and opening up,the manufacturing industry has been growing rapidly, which is a solid cornerstone to support China's economy to become one of the world's powerful countries. However, compared with developed countries,China's manufacturing industry still has some shortcomings, such as low technology level, big but not strong. At the time of the convergence of the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,China urgently needs to rely on innovation-driven transformation and upgrading to become a truly powerful manufacturing country in the world. In order to improve the level of technological innovation in manufacturing industry,it is necessary to strengthen independent R&D to enhance the competitiveness of independent innovation. The breakthroughs in innovation in developing countries are largely due to the technological spillovers from international trade,OFDI,FDI and technology import. In this process, producer services,as an intermediate input closely related to manufacturing industry, play the role of "lubricant" and "bridge" between industrial activities, and actively participate in the process of international technology spillover to technological innovation.Based on this phenomenon, how much influence does international technology spillover have on manufacturing technology innovation? What are the differences in innovation effects of different technology spillover channels?Does the development of producer services play a moderator role in this process?Solving these problems is of great significance to the improvement of innovation capability of China's manufacturing industry.Based on the new growth theory and industrial relevance theory, this thesis first collates the literature research on four channels of international technology spillover, technological innovation of manufacturing industry and the development of productive service industry. On this basis,it summarizes and analyses the mechanism of the impact of OFDI,FDI and import and export trade on the technological innovation of manufacturing industry, and the moderator mechanism of producer services.Taking 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2016 as the research object, this thesis designs a panel regression empirical model based on theoretical mechanism, and analyses the short-term and long-term impact of four international technologyspillover channels on technological innovation production in China's manufacturing industry from static and dynamic perspectives.By introducing the agglomeration degree of producer services to measure its development level as a moderating variable,a dynamic GMM modelling hierarchical regression model was established to verify the role of producer services in the process of international technology spillover, and to further subdivide the differences of moderating effects among producer services industries. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From a static short-term perspective,FDI technology spillover significantly promotes the level of technological innovation in China's manufacturing industry. From a dynamic long-term perspective,Technology Spillovers of OFDI and FDI significantly promote technological innovation in domestic manufacturing industry, while the impact of Technology Spillovers of import and export trade is not significant.(2)Compared with international technology spillover, domestic R&D manpower investment plays a more significant role in promoting technological innovation, and attaching importance to the cultivation of scientific and technological talents is the key to innovation-driven.(3)The development of producer services enhances their innovative effects in the process of Technology Spillovers of OFDI,FDI,import and export trade, and the moderator effects of subsectors in the process of international technology spillovers are heterogeneous.
