One of the most prominent feathers in the modern enterprise production and operation process is to widely use the advanced scientific technology. The level of the technology is one of the most important marks that reflects the enterprise's production and operation level. Enterprise is the main body of the market economy, the pressure of competition and the sense of risk it's bringing is always accompanying the enterprise. The enterprise is facing the choices: to develop to live or to be got rid of to die. If the enterprise wants to maintain the positive position among the fierce competitive market, it must obey and even lead the technology progress of the society, continuing on undergoing the technology innovation; the enterprise is the main body of technology innovation, from this sense of meaning, the strength or weakness of a country's innovation is determined by the enterprise. The key to improve one country's technology innovation level is to improve the enterprise's technology innovation level. In the way, the research based on the technology innovation of enterprise management has the great theoretical value as well as great realistic value.Because a certain technology innovation is realized through a certain means of materials and by using this means to show up, the enterprise technology innovation is mainly showed on the aspects of element innovation, the ways of element combination innovation and the production innovation. This is just as the Schumpeter comments on the establishing a new production data and supporting data, to introduce a never occurred production system, to make the element and condition of the production into it. The above studying and description compose the first main body of the dissertation that is the basic theories and questions on the technology innovation; it also includes the main contents of chapter two and chapter three.The second parts are mainly on the research of the theories and accompanying the practical analysis on the aspects of technology innovation of enterprise management. It includes the contents of chapter four to chapter eight. Chapter four is from the nature of philosophy perspective and the internship of technology innovation to analyze the inner meaning of technology, to distinguish the different academic views on the representative status of the technology innovation; to analyze the advantages of the technology innovation dominant status from its controlling role in the market economy and its advantages on the perspectives of technology progress, knowledge innovation and the regulation innovation, etc. to further analyze the dominant status from the concept that enterprise is the main body of investment of technology, the main research parts and the main benefit body. Chapter five is to study the relationship between the entrepreneurs and technology innovation, analyze the role of the entrepreneurs' sprite and abilities, to reach the conclusion that technology innovation is the inner drive of that of entrepreneurs and the main source of the happening and continuing program of technology innovation; under the inner and outer influence, the motivation of entrepreneurs technology innovation is not single, but two aspects, that is their motivation is mainly from economic motivation and spiritual motivation, and the dissertation has further explored the purpose of the entrepreneurs technology innovation behaviors and by using the entrepreneurs motivation, abilities, power and decision making elements of technology innovation to describe and analyze the features of entrepreneurs technology innovation, to study the relationship among the four undergoing elements. Chapter six is mainly concerned the clues between the technology innovation and the extension of the enterprise. Although Schumpeter and other researcher commonly believe the extension and the technology have a positive relationship, but under the new economic development, there occurs a series of new problems that the theories can not totally explain. The dissertation points out the shortcoming of the research perspective and research methods lead the complicated problem and the contradictory conclusion. Then from the controlling power, the abilities of technology innovation, the drawback of the expansion and the life circle of the enterprise to establish the mode of controlling power and its expansion, to study the small enterprise to turn into larger one it need the relationship mentioned above. Chapter seven uses the case study to analyze on of Chinese enterprise, Looming Group incorporation, to reach the conclusion that the technology innovation has a deeper meaning, regarding innovation can enforce the enterprise's power and progress together; absorbing the investment to enhance the innovation to turn production; the entrepreneurs' sight, the historical pressure and the coming events influence the strategies of technology innovation of the enterprise. Chapter eight is mainly about the technology reform, technology innovation and technology importing to study the nature of technology and management, regarding self-technology innovation is the basis of technology construction and technology importing. The management nature of technology innovation is to monitor the organization and market behavior of the enterprise, together with its nature of technology to create a large system of technology innovation, this system also combines the inner and outer technology, to integrate them to a new form to enforce the technology progress of the enterprise; further compare and select the three outlets, to meet the different design of the organization and the system; from the progress of innovation to see the resources flowing and gathering among the enterprises; from the organization perspective to explore the internet connection system and styles, regarding the ways of innovation, the structure of the market and the enterprise system is the basis of innovation of the internet; after analyzing the technology and organization, the structure of the market and enterprise system and its nature, reaching the conclusion that the nature of management of the technology innovation is concentrating on the systematical process of innovation.
