Study On Relationship Between Motion Of Entrepreneur Innovation And Enterprise Performance

Entrepreneurs play an important part in the prosperity of country and development of society, as leaders of enterprises, their innovation spirits and actions affect performance levels and competition abilities of enterprises, accordingly affect the competition ability of country. Therefore, it is very important for us to research the connections between enterprise's innovation spirits, actions and performance of enterprise.This paper puts forward the model about dynamical mechanism of entrepreneur's innovation, moreover carries out empirical analysis applying to the investigate questionnaire of entrepreneur's innovation in Heilongjiang province. The research includes several aspects as follows:Firstly the paper brings forward questions, illuminates the importance of problem, research content and significance, and points out the method of investigation and structure of composition.Secondly it analyzes the origin and development of concept on entrepreneur, and introduces contents about entrepreneur's innovation spirits, innovation actions and so on, then describes the prompting theory and correlative theories. Furthermore it builds the model about dynamical mechanism of entrepreneur's innovation.Thirdly the paper carries out empirical study on dynamical mechanism of entrepreneur's innovation. These contents comprise factor analysis of entrepreneur's innovation spirits, factor analysis of entrepreneur's innovation actions, factor analysis of entrepreneur's innovation performance, and that this article builds the model of structure equation, analyzes the connections between enterprise's innovation spirits, actions and innovation performance, and reveals the dynamical mechanism of entrepreneur's innovation. In addition, we carried out factor analysis on indexes of each part in the dynamical mechanism of entrepreneur's innovation, and selected three collective factors of entrepreneur's innovation spirits: confidence preference, action preference and consciousness preference on entrepreneur's innovation, then proof-tested the connections on the three collective factors, entrepreneur's innovation actions and innovation performance of enterprise, the methods of checkout are the factor analysis and model of structure equation.Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and demonstration result, the paper puts forward countermeasures and advices on perfecting the dynamical mechanism of entrepreneur's innovation.
