The history of scientific thought that Alexandre Koyréinitiated plays a key rolein history of science. With the development of the social constructivism, Koyréas oneof the forerunner attracted researchers in the related world again. All of this showsthat his great achievement is not only limit to the inter history of science, but also inthe field of philosophy and religion. On the bases of exploring, collecting, processingand analyzing, we pectinate, elaborate and discuss Koyré's thought both in theory andin methodology with the method of trans-discipline.Chapter 1 elaborates the backgrounds of the development of Koyré'shistoriography. The receiving education in the famous German G(o|¨)ttingen University, social experience joining in the First and Second World War, thinking edification bothin the Eurpean continental rational philosophy tradition and in British and Americananalytical philosophy tradition, political occident persecuted by the fascist as a Jewetc. manifests the course of Koyré's historiography.Chapter 2 sets forth Koyré's idealism view of science. With exploring theidealism view of science in the aspect of history, we show the five characteristics ofhis idealism view of science: science is a rational career; the ideal world is the realworld in mathematics; the ideal world is out of the real world; the value of science isin neutrality; science interacts with philosophy. T. Kuhn's view of science is thedevelopment of Koyré's, but they still have tensions in ideal and practical, rationaland irrational, valuable and neutralistic aspects. The tensions in T. Kuhn's view ofscience and Koyré's view of science lead to the post-modernism view of science.Chapter 3 discusses the dimensional construct of Koyré's historiography. Themain dimensionalities are philosophy, history and religion. His philosophical aspectbases on the Husserl's phenomenology. That is, they are consistent in the principle, aim and methodology. His historical aspect manifests in constructing the conceptionof scientific revolution in historicism, and scientific revolution as a chance ofhistorically constructing the scientific thought. His religion aspect affirms that thereligion thought could promote the development of science, and religion constructshistory of science together with philosophy.Chapter 4 demonstrates Koyré's view of history of science. Through theconceptual analysis of scientific revolution, we find out the development of theconcept, historical background, its ideological origin and its signification on Koyré'shistoriography. With this, we expound Koyré's view of history of science, that is, his historiography programme. By comparison between his view of science and JosephNeedham's, we also found his advantage and deficiency. However, his view ofscience still plays an important theoretical role in the development of history ofscience.Chapter 5 formulates Koyré's historiography methodology. There are mainly threemethods including conceptual analysis, contextual analysis, the transplant of 'mentalexperiment'. The application of these methods in the study of history of sciencemakes the discipline in real value. As for his representative method of conceptualanalysis, we give an case analysis on 'move' concept.Chapter 6 explores the effects of Koyré's historiography. We treat the formativeprocess of the Koyré's effects, which shows his influence by his historiographicalthought. By statistical analysis, we study the development trend of not only in quality, but also in quantity. Then, we found the main factors in the development of Koyré'seffects, that is, the philosophical and constructive aspects in Koyré's historiographicalthought, the influence of Husserl's phenomenology, the structural reform in Italy andhigh self-identity in ideology. The effect in field of the philosophy of science is muchmore than the one of history of science, and the effect in the field of science, societyand humanity, even religion and art, is also the same as the one in history of science.
