The income distribution pattern and income disparity has been remarkable changed in China. The oversized income disparity, which between the urban and rural , between the different locals and between different industries, has already seriously affected to the economic health development and society stabilization. Income distribution has become the focus of whole society and a key problem on the research of economics. In the function of too much labor force and population dividend dual, the richness of labor force resources is basically characteristics of China. Following the economical growth and the region, the urban-rural unbalanced development, the scale of labor migration is unceasingly expanded. The labor force migration brings prominent influence to social economy in each side, and profound change China's income distribution condition.This article research the relationship of labor migration and income distribution, and the influencing degree of labor migration to absolute income level and relative structure. The research results indicate the migration not only to enhance the migration income, but also may reduce the migration labor force to move into the place unfair degree. This article also discussed the feasible way to reduce the migration institution barrier, the promotion labor force resources and a capital more effective union, speed up constructs the harmonious society, guaranteed the economic continued the health development.The main innovation works in this thesis include:â‘ Research the relationship of migration and income distribution from the point of labor force immigration place. The existing research basically is alone investigates the labor migration and the income distribution. There is not a research about the relationship between migration and income distribution. Limited by the data collection way, the income distribution of labor force immigration place is hard to research.This article uses the strictsignificance sample investigation data research the influence of labor force migration to income distribution have the origination significance.â‘¡Use a magnitude sample microscopic data to research the determining factor income distribution and migration. This paper uses the sample investigation database of 1% Sample Survey of Population in Chongqing. This research is the first attempt to study migration and income distribution using investigation data.This paper using the technique of inequality decomposition by population subgroups and inequality decomposition by factor components to study the effect of the Population Characteristics to income inequality. Logistic regression has been used to anlyzes the factor affection labor migration and the differences in the influencing factor between urban labor and rural labor. Based on these work, the relationship between migration and income distribution has been argumented distinctly.â‘¢The influence that the labor force migration to income distribution. From two aspect that the income level and income structure, this paper research the influence that the labor migration to income. Our research ont only discover the labor force migration can improve the income, but also find the migration can reduce the income inequlity in economical developed region, urban redion and specific crowd, which is the appearance of Kuznets inflexion point. The result of the research indicate that reducing the institution barrier of migration, raising the social security level, enhancing market competition of labor will cause the labor migration has a positive influence to the income distribution.
