The Research On Labor Income Distribution Fairness Of Chinese Residents

In recent years, Chinese dweller income gap expands ceaselessly, expression isurban and rural, industry and labor income gap between different groups. Residentsof the income gap, especially the labor income gap continues to expand, notconducive to improve residents’ work enthusiasm and production capacity, is notconducive to social stability, the construction of a harmonious society, therefore,study and analysis of residents’ labor income distribution fairness problem, on onehand is beneficial to perfect the income distribution system, deepen reform of theincome distribution system, perfect the first time distribution pays attention toefficiency and fair relation theory, on the initial distribution unfairness to provideaccurate, comprehensive practical basis. On the other hand, make the governmentsociety of China’s income distribution has a more profound understanding of,residents of labor income accounted for the proportion of GDP continued to decline,the labor remuneration share is relatively low, it is not conducive to China’seconomic development and social stability.This selection from the perspective of Chinese residents’ income of labor ofcurrent income distribution system, because the labor income is the important part inresidents income, accounting for the largest proportion of income of residents, butalso the most representative of dweller income level. This article mainly through theempirical analysis of the Chinese residents income gap between urban and rurallabor, from, between the industry, between different groups of labor income gapanalysis, description of Chinese residents income gap is very big, the unfairness ofincome distribution, income distribution system and the existing problems, putforward to narrow income gap, alleviate the contradiction of unfair distribution ofincome resulting from the policy proposal.The innovation of this article is using the detailed data and information to theanalysis of the Chinese residents’ labor income gap, especially the income gap between urban and rural areas, because at present China of unfair distribution ofincome is mainly reflected in the income gap between urban and rural residentsincome gap between urban and rural areas, but also caused his reason is verycomplex, China’s population is mostly rural population, if cannot be solvedeffectively income gap between urban and rural residents, can cause very bigcontradiction, even cause social problems, affect economic development, socialstability. Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis of urban and rural residents’income gap and labor, to solve the problem put forward to perfect the policyproposal, is also the government has as a field, and most can reflect the governmentfunctions.The main points of this paper is, at present China is so serious income gap, theunfairness of income distribution, there are many reasons, but also very complex,and reasonable income gap is also necessary for the development of market economy,and promote economic development, mobilize the residents production enthusiasm isinevitable requirement, but the large income gap is not obtain, and the current causedby the gap between urban and rural areas is a very important reason is thegovernment’s policy to cause, is a man-made, the government has the ability, has theresponsibility to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents.The first part of this paper discusses labor theory of income distribution,including the classical school labor income distribution theory, new classicaleconomics allocates theory, welfare economics allocates theory and Marx’s classicaltheory of income distribution. The second part applies the method of demonstrationanalysis of Chinese residents income gap from the three aspects of labor, Chineseresidents’ labor income gap expands ceaselessly. The third part analyzes the cause oflabor income gap between residents. The fourth part puts forward thecountermeasure proposal.
