Study Of Synthetical Performance And Development Strategy About Industrial Investment Fund In China

This paper begins at the discussion of the Economic Problems in China now, especially to focus the problem in the financial area. From this point, this paper constructs the research system of synthetical-performance and development strategy about industrial investment fund in china, which is based on Economics Theories and some Western Theories as well as research achievements. This system including three parts as follows. The first part focuses on the reasons why industrial investment fund should be developed in China. In the second part ,author study the Model what the industrial investment fund should be have in china, and in the last part ,this paper research on the development strategy of industrial investment fund in china.This paper put emphasis on logic analysis and gives a definite description of the synthetical-performance of industrial investment fund and to explain it from a real and subjective standpoint. This paper emphasizes on the definition, mechanism about Synthetical-Performance, Micro-Performance, Mid-Performance and Macro-Performance .We aren't just discussing the problem only, but trying to provide the development strategy which could be valuable both in avoiding ineffectiveness in practice and reducing opportunity cost.The whole paper is based on putting problems first, and then begins to construct research system to study the problem, and then explain the idea. Special method of analysis is used in each chapter. For example, comparative analysis, optimization analysis, and case study and so on .This paper begins with a general description, which followed by detailed discussion, then come to a conclusion at last. The process makes the system of this paper seems like a "Chinese olive" shape. The research system of this paper is designed as follows.This paper consists of three parts. Though focus on different subjects, they have a very close connection with each other.The first part (chapter 1-2) begins the whole paper with the definition of industrial fund and its development situation in China.The second part (chapter3-6) plays a crucial role in the paper, which concentrate on the "Synthetically Performance" that the fund should achieve and may achieve. The four chapters focus on the main idea to study step by step.The third part (chaper7) mainly researches on the development strategy that can make the performance become truth.The conclusion we get from this paper is that it is clear for us to know the special function and performance of industrial investment fund through the analysis and research. On the other hand, the research system will be come out according the process of industrial investment fund in China, which the system gives a close correlation between finance and economy. It is good for industrial investment fund to develop further in China.
