Research On Management Performance Evaluation Of GZ Equity Investment Fund Company

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that we should pay attention to capital management,strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets,and improve the management system of state-owned assets.The research object of this paper is GZ equity investment fund company,which is a wholly-owned and state-owned international financial platform.The company connects in a market-oriented way,attracts overseas high-quality projects and resources,and strives to promote the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area.The construction of a suitable evaluation system of business performance indicators is helpful to guide GZ equity investment fund company to solve some puzzles in the implementation of the strategy of "going out and bringing in",which has a profound impact on the development of the company.In the first chapter,this paper introduces the research background and significance,research content and methods,literature review and innovation.Then it expounds three basic theories of enterprise performance evaluation throughout the thesis,which are based on Stakeholder Theory and principal-agent theory.In the design of index system of the thesis,the selection of the first level index and the second and third level index of strategic management in management performance comes from strategic management theory.Then it introduces the operation of GZ equity investment fund company,including company profile,organizational structure,overall strategic planning and the company's operating income before listing.In the core chapter,it analyzes the operation performance evaluation and existing problems of GZ equity investment fund company,introduces the principles and objectives of operation performance evaluation,preliminary preparation,design of operation performance index system,and evaluates the operation performance of GZ equity investment fund company through the comprehensive performance evaluation index system constructed in this paper,and analyzes the equity of GZ according to the index reflection and performance There are problems in financial performance and management performance of investment fund companies.Then,in view of the existing problems of the company,put forward the solutions.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is concluded.Based on the basic theory of business performance evaluation,this paper constructs a set of comprehensive index system of business performance evaluation suitable for GZ equity investment fund company,including financial performance and management performance,which is used to analyze and study the business performance of GZ equity investment fund company.Among them,22 secondary indicators are designed around the financial performance of four levels of profitability,asset quality,debt risk and business growth;8 primary indicators of strategic management,development and innovation,business decision-making,risk control,basic management,human resources,industry impact and social contribution,32 secondary indicators and 95 tertiary indicators are designed for management performance.Based on the comprehensive evaluation results of financial performance and management performance,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the operation performance of GZ equity investment fund company: strengthen the capital management,improve the efficiency of capital use;strengthen the management of accounts receivable,improve the turnover rate of accounts receivable;expand the equity financing,reduce the operation risk;carefully select the investment project,achieve the strategic goal;strengthen the risk management Control,do a good job of internal control management.It aims to promote the growth and development of the company,realize the medium and long-term strategic planning objectives as soon as possible,and help the company implement the international development strategy.
