The real estate industry is always called as sun rising-industry, while it is the base or carrier for all economic behaviors. It is proved from the flourishing of economics for the whole world that: the real estate industry is sensitive to the economics development. Based on the real estate industry, economics can be increased sharply. Also, developed economics can push the real estate industry to go-ahead. It needs the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market to let the good and quick development of the real estate industry to be come true.Based on this concept, this dissertation presents the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market. It includes 5 parts as below:First of all, this dissertation introduced the theory of dissymmetry information, balanced and unbalanced, sustainable development and system theory.Secondly, this dissertation introduced the connotation and characteristic of system of the real estate market, and demarcated the connotation and characteristic of the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market. It analyzed the affect to the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market from the dissymmetry information, and analyzed the relation of stakeholders of real estate.Thirdly, based the concept of dynamics, this dissertation developed a structure model and a evolvement model of the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market based on stakeholders, and gave the evolvement rules of the balanced and corresponded development of the real estate market. It generally analyzed the gravitation, dynamics and the source of dynamics, resistance and the source of resistance. And, it analyzed the affects from dynamics factor and resistance factor to the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market. It also presented the sustainable accelerated model and composition model of the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market.Fourthly, this dissertation presented the estimated index system for the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market based on stakeholders and developed an estimated index optimized model for it. Then, it presented a sustainable estimated model and a corresponded estimated model for the balanced and corresponded development system of real estate market. It gave the integration fuzzy estimated model for the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market, based on gray system and from four aspects: the system weight of index, the collection and settle of deta, the determination of estimated grayness, the construction of fuzzy matrix and the evaluation of result.Last, taking Qingdao for example, it analyzed the actuality of the real estate market and the relation of the stakeholders. It also analyzed the balanced and corresponded development of real estate market, by using the integration fuzzy estimation. It brought some advices for the balanced and corresponded development of Qingdao's real estate market.
