Lean-oriented Management for Supply Chain Logistics (LMSCL) is the innovation and development of modern logistics in management, service and production based on lean manufacturing. In the modern economic environment, by means of engineering and technical methods, many enterprises are seeking for the resolution of the problems meted in logistics management, to realize high logistics efficiency and reasonable disposition of production elements, and guarantee the production tasks accomplished punctually with the low cost, low consumption, safety and high efficiency. For the lack of basic theoretical research and application environment at present in lean supply chain logistics management, enterprises are operated with low production efficiency and high operation cost, and their competitive powers are restricted seriously. Based on manufacturing industry, the relevant theories and key application problems in LMSCL are studied in the dissertation. The main contents and creative results are as follows:(1) The developing process, characteristics and strategies and lean-oriented management connotation were studied for supply chain logistics. Based on value engineering (value, function and cost), the LMSCL has been proposed, and the pattern and mathematical model of LMSCL system management also established based on core manufacturing enterprise. According to PUSH-PULL method, the realizable method for the logistics management pattern has been proposed.(2) According to the LMSCL pattern, the system architecture with B/S and C/S mixture construction developed by multi-layered technology has been proposed, there are the information portal layer, the application service layer, the intermediate layer, business logic layer, data layer and fundamental structure layer in this system. The quantity/principal/interest analytic model and the logistics capacity decision-making analytic method have been applied to the value analysis. Based on the electro-optical product manufacturing enterprise, the functional analysis, cost analysis, business process reorganization and waste management of the supply chain lean logistics have been researched to build the core value chain of the supply chain logistics.(3) The typical inventory control patterns in supply chain logistics management were discussed, and the inventory control connotation of the supply chain lean logistics management was studied. Based on virtual inventory, the LMSCL inventory control patterns in manufacturing have been put forward, and the corresponding inventory control strategy and realizable method for BOM have been studied as well. The mathematical model of the virtual inventory control value has been established. As an application case of LMSCL virtual inventory control, and the typical materials supply chain in LED display panel production has been analyzed.(4) On the basis of studied lean supply chain logistics capabilities confined to the micro-level, by means of the analysis for the integrants and connotation of supply chain logistics capabilities, according to three capabilities of the essential, operation and competition for supply chain logistics, the measuring method for the supply chain lean logistics based on value chain has been proposed. The quantitative capability model for the supply chain lean logistics has been established and its calculation method also researched. Based on mix ant colony algorithm, the method of the capability optimization for the supply chain lean logistics has been given in detail.(5) In view of the characteristics of the performance evaluation, the basic system framework and evaluated elements of LMSCL were studied. The performance evaluation model of LMSCL has been established. According to the performance evaluation architecture, the two methods of the improved multi-level comprehensive fuzzy evaluation and AHP weighting factor determination have been proposed and applied to the performance evaluation for LMSCL.(6) According to the viewpoint of software engineering, the system development and realization of LMSCL were studied in more detail.
