Lean logistics, which originates from lean production model of manufacturing enterprises, is the application of lean thinking in the logistics realm. Nowadays, global markets become mature gradually and customer's demands are individualized increasingly, so the life cycles of productions have been shortened. As a result, how lean logistics is leaded into manufacturing enterprises in order to make full use of the third profits source has become an important topic that manufacturing enterprises need to research immediately. In this dissertation, several operation problems related to lean logistics in the manufacturing supply chain mode are studied, and the main contents are as follows:Firstly, the theory system of lean logistics is studied roundly, and the more objective definition is put forward. The author believes that lean logistics is the application of lean thinking in the logistics realm and the concept of lean logistics not only includes the principle of high quality with low cost but also includes the essence thoughts, namely, pull system, just-in-time, emphatic coordination and persistent reform.Secondly, the supplier evaluation and selection model based on ameliorated Euclid norm is studied. The previous approaches of supplier evaluation and selection are analyzed in this dissertation. Moreover, the supplier evaluation and selection model based on ameliorated Euclid norm of the manufacturing enterprise is studied on the foundation. Finally, its application is synthetically analyzed combined with the characteristic of lean logistics by an example.Thirdly, the main thoughts and approaches of the stocks confirming are studied in this dissertation, so the ameliorated lot size model in a JIT supply chain based on cooperate game is built up. Furthermore, its feasibility is analyzed by an example. It is clear that the JIT thinking should be made full use of by the core manufacturing enterprise in the lean supply chain in order to improve the flexibility of the production system and respond customer's demands quickly, and the enterprise should share the benefits produced by optimizing the supply chain with the supplier in cooperate game.Fourthly, the subcontract of multi-distributor and multi-task is designed from the view of multi-task principal-agent model to stimulate distributors efficiently and realize the whole target of the logistics supply chain. Most of existing studies usually consider the single task of sharing the logistics profits used to stimulate distributors. But the harmony and cooperation in supply chain are emphasized in the application of lean logistics aiming at realizing the whole profits of the logistics supply chain. On the other hand, most of existing studies only consider the one-to-one relation, but the manufacturing enterprise often relates to lots of distributors.
