The sustainable growth of enterprise is the prerequisite for the achievement of other goals. Every enterprise wants to grow sustainable. But peoples often see that enterprise can't grow or disappear from time to time. The condition that enterprise can not grow sustainable is plenty. But facing at the same external market conditions, why do so many longevity enterprises exist? What is the reason for the fate of the two different enterprises? What is the determining factor for the growth of enterprises?The research of the enterprise growth is very meaningful and valuable. Western scholars and domestic scholars studied the enterprise growth from multi-angles. The technical innovation school or the institutional innovation school respectively emphasized the function of technical innovation or institutional innovation on the sustainable growth of the enterprise. The two theories didn't study the influence of coordination. Fourthly, the following conclusions can be obtained: technical innovation, organizational innovation and culture innovation can be promoted by each other. The coordination of the three aspects can promote the growth.
