Logistics transport service of enterprise products is the bridge of enterprises to market. Corporate strategy is the future general programme and ideas for enterprise management. Stated Preference Choice Experiment (SPCE) and Discrete Choice Analysis Model (DCM) are powerful approaches to study Consumers' choice behavior, which is developed on the basis of Utility Theory research.In this paper a new SP technology-ASP Experiment on Internet method is applied to study the preference of product transport service by sampling the manufacture enterprises in Cheng—Yu Economic Corridor. On basis of the previous theory and research results, a theory framework and empirical model that reflects the relations between corporate strategy and enterprise product transportation is constructed. Using the methods of interviewing and questionaire,the basically information of the enterprises in Cheng-Yu Economical Corridor and the attributes of product transportation such as cost, time, punctuality,flexibility,freguency,security are investigated by sampling to abtain average data about them. According to the investigated average data, twenty-eight alternatives are made and binary choice experiment programme on internet is designed. Logistics managers or distribute managers from 205 manufacturing firms in Cheng-Yu Economical Corridor take part in the experiment All the firms are divided into two groups: differentiation group and cost leading group by the envised corporate strategy questionaire. The experiment data are dealt by Logistic regression with newly-established DCM and such conclusions are gained:1 Significant difference is found about product transportation preference between firms with different strategy. The firms with cost leading strategy pay more attention to the cost and the time during the product transporting but less attention to the attributes of transportation service. The firms with differentiation strategy pay more attention to the attributes of its product transportation but less attention to the cost. The Value of Trade-off (VOT) of transport flexibility in the firms with differentiation strategy is as 66 times as in the firms with cost leading strategy.2 Along the Four-hundred-kilometer Economical Corridor of Cheng-Yu, the logistics managers or distribute managers in the manufacturing enterprises pay more attention to the transport cost but less attention to the service attributes of transportation when they are making decision on the product transportation. They regard the logistics transportation of product as the attachment of the management activities.3 Along the Four-hundred-kilometer Economical Corridor of Cheng-Yu, different types of product have different requirement to the attributes of transportation. Food and beverage have high requirement on time, punctuality and flexibility. Household electronic appliance require more on flexibility and frequency of transportation while electronic parts and daily merchandise that are easy to bindle by bulk and store require less on frequency of transportation. Traffic equipment, machinery, household electronic appliance, electronic parts that have high value and easy to be damaged require more on safety of transportation. Food and beverage, steel and coal, daily merchandise that have low value require less on safety of transportation.4 Taking account of product transport consisting of such factors as cost, time, flexibility, punctuality, frequency and safety as a whole, one can use SP and Discrete Choice Model to study it ,Although ASP is more complex than any other methods of SP, the responders in the experiment are prone to it and the result tally with the fact. ASP method can be extensively used to study logistics needs of enterprises.The research results provide not only sound empirical proof to study corporate strategy and product transport of enterprises but also a new method and way to further study transport need in our country and provide reference to improve transport service of the enterprises in Chengdu and Chongqing.
