The analysis of telecom customer-service-choice behavior is a interdisciplinary problem which is based on multiple areas such as computer science, econometrics, mathematics and telecom business service.Due to the complexity of real market environment and mathematic modeling, which requests both theoretic research and practical project application, we choose discrete choice model based theory and computer software technology as our research method.As to customer-service-choice behavior analysis, the key problem lies in how to use theory efficiently and build mathematic model to reflect practical problem, how to find the way of analyzing, how to collect data reasonably and efficiently, and how to use utility software to process analyzing. This paper mainly tells how to analyze discrete choice model based telecom customer-service-choice behavior, including mathematical modeling as well as design and implementation of the utility software.This paper mainly contributes to the follow aspects:(1) Complete an agile web questionnaire system as to collect customer data, and form data source for analysis combining some variables of operating data and economic theory.(2) Through mathematic modeling of customer and service based on discrete choice model, implement an analysis utility system, realizing a series of analyzing functions such as modeling, algorithm analysis and model optimization.(3) Aim at the practical problems in the analyzing process, we use a modeling method targeted on decision making of customer-service-choice behavior, finish its algorithm of the complex compound model, and present its theoretical description.
