Employment is vital to people's livelihood. Entrepreneurship is a important way to employment. With out entrepreneurship, there would be no any enterprises, and without enterprises, there would be no employment. Entrepreneurship supports employment. The report at 17th Party Congress puts forward a development strategy that promotes job creation and encourages entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities. With the increasing of international financial crisis and growth slowing of world economic, it is important to improve entrepreneurial economy in the new situation.In the past few decades, there were 600000 startups appeared every year in average, and it had offered millions of working posts. The character of entrepreneurship activities is active and skill less, entrepreneurship environment remain to be improved. The venture index is 16.2%, and the he ranking of China is 6th in 42 sample nations in Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2006.With the developing of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship research also enters a golden period. In previous studies, there were seldom concerns on the entrepreneurship research in different industry and life cycle. Most of the conclusions set up at entrepreneurship enterprises in general industry, but the study on the entrepreneurship enterprises at different stage of development in not deep enough. In this paper, the author researches these entrepreneurship enterprises, takes the relationships between ability of resource integration and opportunity identification and firm performance for the main line, hopes to find the particularity and action mechanism in different entrepreneurship factors and life cycle.At a time when the financial crisis sweeping the globe. In china, there are unprecedented challenges in the area of employment. The key problem is how to expand employment through entrepreneurship. At the same time we should see that the study of entrepreneurship is also in its infancy, whether Theoretical research or empirical research are both lack, Through the research of this paper, the author hopes to provide some countermeasures and proposals to entrepreneurial activities in china.In order to solve the problems in this study, the author sets up the comprehensive model, that is linking entrepreneurial capacity to performance according to literature review and empirical research is made based on the firms in this area. Structural equation is used to analyze the hypotheses according to the 208 questionnaires and partial hypotheses are passed and the validity of the model is also passed according to the results.Some conclusions drawn from the model: first, significant differences are found on entrepreneurial capacity in established firms and start-up firms. Second, innovation strategy moderates and mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and performance; Third, internal environment moderates and mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and performance; finally, market orientation and entrepreneurship orientation moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and performance.In chapter one the research background is shown, and the author puts forward the Research questions. Finally research ways and technical path are introduced.Chapter two is the literature review. This chapter introduces entrepreneurial capacity, innovation strategy, the relationship between MO/EO and performance, which can be the base for the latter research.Chapter three introduces related theories, which include entrepreneurial theories, capability theories, innovation theories, market orientation theories etc. All theories will be the base for the future research.Chapter four builds the theoretical framework of relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and performance. Depending on the former two chapters this chapter introduces every factor and its dimensions and finally concept model is made.Chapter five is theory and hypotheses. The hypotheses are introduced based on the relationships among entrepreneurial capacity, innovation strategy, internal environment, market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance.Chapter six includes samples and data collections, analyzing methods, variables description and model testing.Chapter seven is the results. This chapter discusses the results based on the former chapter. After checking every hypothesis we compare new results and past results and new contributions are made.Chapter eight is the outlook and implications, which summarize the conclusions, innovations and future research directions.This paper may have some shortages because of the ability and time of the author. I will enhance the further research in the future.
