Supply chain management is connected with enterprise level management and is important to enterprise management due to increasing market competition. Supply chain design that is the high level strategic issue of supply chain management is the basic condition for supply chain proceeding. Supply chain production planning, capacity allocation and pricing planning which are operational issues of supply chain management are the foundation of supply chain proceeding. Strategic and operational decisions in supply chain management affect each other. Although operational problems have been solved, corporation is difficult to maximize revenue subject to the unreasonable supply chain layout. Simlarly, no matter how good be supply chain configuration, if operational problems have been not solved, it will directly affect the wholl supply chain corporations'coordination effecttion, and make suuply chain be not exert the function that it should have. Therefore supply chain design, production planning, capacity allocation and pricing planning are whether reasonable or not is very importatant to supply chain proceeding. How to rationally solve these problems becomes the most important factor to exerting the potential and level of service and maximing revenue and enhancing competitive ability of supply chain.In supply chain configuration decision-making, considering the multi objective design of supply chain, taking into account the limitation of designing supply chain according to minimal cost or maximal revenue of supply chain, this article proposes the multi objective index that can represent the realization degree of these decision objectives. We can use the multi index to reflect comprehensively the level of supply chain design, and make an example to quote the approach in the end. Considering supply chain design based on product, taking into account the limitation of supply chain design behind the product design, making supply chain design while product be designed is proposed. So the total bill of material is proposed for supply chain design based on product. This paper gives the process of obtaining the total bill of material based on market classification. Then according to the total bill of material, the decision model of supply chain and product design is defined based on maximal revenue of supply chain. Considering agile supply chain design based on knowledge management, the best collaboration decision of each dote of supply chain can make the best agile supply chain design is proposed. In order to abtain the best collaboration decision, this paper gives the automatic match mechanism that based on knowledge management for each dotes. At last, the decision-making process of automatic match mechanism is described.In the production decision-making of supply chain, according to market requirement, this paper first analyzes the production decision-making of static supply chain system based on manufacturer's maximal revenue. Taking into account time factor, we give production equilibrium decision of dynamic supply chain system based on the reseach of static supply chain system. At last, according to the realistic requirement, this paper improves dynamic production equilibrium model for adapting to practice.In the capacity distribution decision-making of supply chain with mixed distribution channels, we first quote there are capacity equilibrium between retail and e-tail distribution channels when supply is more than demand by using game theory. Base on capacity equilibrium between retail and e-tail distribution channels, this paper analyzes there are capacity equilibrium inside retail distribution channels. Then we give an auction coordination mechanism to solve the problems in which is capacity distribution of supply chain with mixed distribution channels while the supply is less than the demand by using game theory. Finally, this paper presents the process of the auction coordination mechanism and makes a numeral example to quote the mechanism.In the pricing decision-making of supply chain with mixed distribution channels, this paper first presents the key pricing decision factors of supply chain distribution, and gives vertically and non-vertically integrated competitive pricing policy for singal monopoly good by using game theory. From competition among supply chains, we provide the conception of big supply chain system. Then based on big supply chain system, this paper presents the pricing policy of e-tail distribution channels by synthesizing cost pricing model, cost leadtime-contingent pricing model and compition pricing model. At last, we present pricing policy of retail distribution channels with many asymmetrical loyal segment sizes positioned retailers.
