Theoretical Study Of The 3rd Logisitics Syste Matical Analysis And Optimization

Enterprises focus more and more on its main resource and core businesses,and try to outsource other resource and non-core businesses.Being as a professional logistics corporation,the Third Party Logistics(3PL) has high work efficiency.Meanwhile,since 3PL can offer several clients logistics services,its economics of scale can provide purchasing,warehousing,packaging,transporting and delivering such an integrated logistics services.So,as a cost reducing approach,lots of enterprises have tends to outsource logistics actives to 3PL.Logistics system analysis and design is one of important content in 3PL service.Oriented by client's needs,it uses systematic management and control methods,emphasizes integration and management of enterprise's external/internal resources and all supply chain nodes,to realize supply/requisitioning parties and 3PL itself added-value.The generation of added-value can only be realized under harmonious operation of 3PL system.This predominance and factors that influence the efficacy of 3PL supply chain are analyzed in this article at first.And then the developments and main problems of domestic 3PL are analyzed.The article also analyzes the competitive forms and development tends of different types domestic 3PL.The article expatiate the method of analysis and design of 3PL comprehensively and systematically,which includes:system composing design of 3PL,transportation system design,warehousing system design,organization structure design,cooperation mode selection.The theories are applied in Jianlibao case and get satisfy results.In case study,the transporting-warehousing united optimization model,mortified Bomal-Walf model,three-level logistics simulation system frame and application of computer simulation technique in logistics has high referenced value to other correlative researches.
