Since Industrial restructuring is exacerbating and the business faces challenges. In the current economic situation, Production optimization is given more attention. Enlightened by the Baori automobile board products optimization project, the author carried out to build a modeling to optimize product and apply information systems. Base on the current product analysis and optimization model, the product optimization is a scientific decision-making system, which can be explained in three parts: definition of product structure, product structure analysis and optimization of product structure.To definite the product, we should base on the attributes which derived from kinds of model. We can analyze attributes by single variable and multi-factor variation analysis. Logistic regression model can be used to sort the importance of property .Then analysis of product attributes can be the important ways to definite product.According to the application of the different environment, production analysis can be solved by two ways: value-based indicators of product analysis and synthesis comprehensive indicator based product analysis. Value-based analysis is improving after the BCG matrix analysis, a comprehensive indicator of the product is the analysis of the nine GE matrix methods, and the paper will quote fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to introduce GE nine matrix of indicators calculation, by which to improve objectivity of indicators.In view of practical application of production optimization, this paper will talk about it based on financial indicators. According to the different conditions of application, the optimization can be solved by two ways: linear programming model and comparative analysis of financial indicators. On the basis of In sales - profits analysis, we put forward a comparative analysis financial data, that is, in the same output conditions, the comparison of corporate profits from different products.In the case of Bao Ri car board optimization, because of the multi-dimensional product attributes and complex nature of the analysis of variance, we introduce Logistic regression model used in the definition of product structure; improved BCG matrix will be applied to analysis of the product; Analysis of financial indicators will be used to optimize the product structure.
