Research On Network-based Growth And Synergetic Evolution Of Technology-based SMEs Under Cluster Circumstances

Cluster is becoming the important form and carrier of regional economics. Because of the competitive advantages of cluster, the firms in the cluster can obtain outside resources, reduce trade costs, improve innovation ability and cultivate enterprise core competence. Cluster provides enough motivity and capacious space for enterprises. Technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs ) are based on knowledge, technology and talent people, which are the outcome of the age of knowledge-based economy and the new economic growth point of national economy. As the core subject of cluster study and innovation, technology-based SMEs are very important to cluster innovation and knowledge diffusion. So research on the interactive relationship between cluster and technology-based SMEs, the mechanism of enterprise growth and synergetic evolution has very important theory value and practical direction significance.Based on cluster theory, enterprise growth theory, ecology theory and synergetic evolution theory, this paper studies network-based growth and synergetic evolution of technology-based SMEs, regarding cluster as the background. The main innovation points of the dissertation are listed as below:(1) This paper constructs the RSC framework of technology-based SMEs based on cluster theory and enterprise growth theory. From the viewpoint of resource, strategy and capability, this paper analyses the mechanism and driver of technology-based SMEs network-based growth. On the basis of the RSC framework and ANP model, this paper brings forth the evaluation model of technology-based SMEs network-based growth.(2) This paper brings forth the network-based growth niche model of technology-based SMEs in the cluster based on ecology theory. On the basis of interactive viewpoint of enterprise and cluster environment, this paper analyses the outside environment relationship mechanism and state-trend interactive mechanism. Based on the ecology theory, this paper also brings forth the preponderant niche model and TOPSIS model of preponderant niche.(3) This paper brings forth the synergetic evolution mechanism of enterprises and cluster. Through analyzing the competition, overlap, separation and evolution of niche, the synergetic evolution mechanism of between enterprise and cluster is researched systematically based on the contrast of cluster and ecosystem. The process, characteristic and model of enterprises evolution are discussed in detail.
