A Research Of Technology Innovation Network Evolution Based On Social Network Analysis

Technological innovation is one of the development hemes in twenty-first Century, and all the countries are involved in the competition of technological innovation in the global environment. While China as a late start of the industrialization, its technological innovation ability has been greatly improved after so many years of technological catch-up, but there is a certain gap between China and the world when compared with the developed countries in the world. Especially in many key areas of technology, such as the manufacturing technology of communications, electronics, automotive, aerospace and other many fields, our manufacturing technology has made some progress, but the core technology is still not get rid of the current situation of heteronomy. The evolution of technological innovation network itself has certain rules, we can reveal the evolutionary path of technological innovation network, analyze the hot spots of stage technology and finally predict the development trend of technological innovation network and the problems found in the industry technology innovation through the research on the evolution characteristics of the stage technological innovation network. Through effective means to guide the evolution of the network of technology innovation, technology innovation can be achieved "corner overtaking", and catch up with the advanced technology of the country.In this paper, the social network analysis method is introduced to construct the social network evolution model of mobile phone industry technology innovation in China which refers to the mainland of China. From the perspective of network evolution, this paper selects China’s patent data in 1985-2014 as sample data, and divides China’s mobile phone industry technology innovation into three stages through the distribution of the number of patents by different IPC classification is used as the factor of clustering. The development path of technological innovation in our country is evolving through the reference relationship network between the inventor’s cooperation network and the patent in different stages. In aid of computer visualization technology, the social network analysis method can not only provide relative measurement data for China mobile phone industry technology innovation networks, can also show China’s mobile phone industry technological innovation network evolution by visual network diagram. Finally, we mainly focus on the distribution of patent data, the structural characteristics of the visual network diagram, the measurement index and the evolution path of the visual network diagram and sum up the three stages of China’s mobile phone industry in the development of the characteristics of the technology. Then according to the research conclusions, the development strategy of mobile phone industry in our country is put forward to provide a meaningful reference for the development of the industry.
