Economic growth is one of the major issues in Economics. China is a developing country with a large population. Agriculture and rural economic development is directly related to national economic development, social stability and national prosperity. It is essential to how to ensure the rural economic stability and sustainable growth. With the deepening of the reform and the coming of the era of knowledge economy, exploring seriously the issue of rural economic growth is a major issue in study of China's contemporary economy. Studying the theory of rural economic growth systematically from the theoretical aspect to practical on the source of rural economic growth, has an Strategic significance for the promotion of rural economic growth, improving the efficiency of the application and allocation of resources in rural areas, and accelerating the building of new socialist rural areas and the full realization of a well-off society.Based on this consideration, to explore the distribution types of rural economy and the law of rural economic growth factors of Liaoning Province, the author uses the data of county rural economic development of Liaoning Province under the theory of new economic growth and new economic geography theoretical framework, studies the space mode of rural economy of Liaoning Province, and then reveals the different county rural economic growth factors. In the analysis of overall rural economic in Liaoning Province, with applying the method of statistical description we analyze the development of rural economy and its stage features since 1980. With applying grey associated technical we analyze the impact order that rural industrial structure factors show on rural economic growth since the reform and opening up, analysis result indicates :the rural industry, business and animal husbandry are major industries constituent factors that impact economic growth of rural areas in Liaoning Province. Then using Ridge regression analysis method we study the factors that impact rural economic growth in Liaoning Province. Conclusion shows: In Ridge regression analysis, the raising of other variables can accelerate rural economic growth except the population growth and an excessive proportion of the agriculture industry in Liaoning Province. The role of material and human capital is significant, while labor power and technological level is weak in economic growth in Liaoning Province. The factor of consumption has a great impact on the economy of Liaoning Province. Consumer spending is the main form of domestic demand. Foreign investment plays a great role in Liaoning Province economic growth. The influence of urban and rural Structure is obvious. The function of industrial structure is not very obvious to rural economic growth of Liaoning Province. With applying space-related statistical methods we compartmentalize types of rural economy in Liaoning Province from the perspective of space. We treat county unit as study object and divide the rural economy into four spatial distribution types (The proliferation of area, The proliferation of low-speed area, District polarization effect area and District centrifugal effect area),and then analyze the spatial distribution and evolvement of rural economic type of country unit. The conclusion reveals: Liaoning Province in 1992-2005 shows positive weak relevant state from the overall correlation coefficient, economic concentration is not obvious. In the partial autocorrelation analysis, spatial distribution pattern from 2000 to 2005 is similar to the pattern from 1992 to 1999, but some units have changed. The number of proliferation area decreases, especially reducing three developed rapidly countries. The territory of Liaoning Province is broad. The conditions of economic development have significant differences and rural economic growth is unbalanced. Most of the counties' rural economic growth is a relatively low level. Proliferation areas only exist in south, middle Liaoning province and Jinzhou(in the west Liaoning province)where have a higher level of economic development .But the intensity and scope of spread is relatively small and the number is decreased in the sector of study. The way of rural economy proliferation is proliferation on the direction rather than the near territory proliferation. In studying factors of rural economic growth in different Counties, the author applied panel data model analysis method to analyze the rural economic growth factors in 27 agricultural counties and 4 different types of spatial distribution in Liaoning Province. Concluding:First, from the overall analysis of rural economic development of the 27 agricultural counties, the economic impact of human capital, net income of farmers, fixed asset investment, economic structures, food production and government financial input on rural areas is positive and notable between 1992 and 2005; while the impact of the labor force on the rural economy is negative and unremarkable; The changes of labor's number have no impact on agricultural and rural development. The rate of Urbanization and development of the rural economy shows positive changes, speeding up the surplus rural labor migrate to urban will accelerate rural economic growth.. Both foreign investment and the increasing in exports have no remarkable impact on the rural economic growth Second, from rural economic development of different space types, the rural economic growth of developed rural economy types areas in proliferation and polarization in different periods are subject to human capital, income of the farmers, economic structure, investment in fixed assets and government's financial inputs. Furthermore these two types of regional economic development trends and factors have the same situation with overall development .But the centrifugal effect zone and the proliferation of low-speed zones are not influenced by these factors completely. These factors in these areas have not been fully utilized or these areas have not the conditions that make these factors play a role in promoting economic growth. The feature of this paper lies in combining economic growth theory, theory of the new economic geography with economic integration space, charactering the type of rural economy with space Statistics technology, and conducting a 2-scale empirical study on rural economic growth factors in time and cross-section by panel data model, providing a basis for making policy of sustainable development of rural economy.
