| With high-tech enterprises as the research object, the dissertation analyzed the life cycle of the high-tech enterprises and their impact factors, explored the generation mechanism of high-tech enterprise sustainable growth, proposed high-tech enterprise evaluation model for sustainable growth, and revealed the law and path of high-tech enterprises sustainable growth, basing on enterprise life cycle theory, corporate sustainable growth theory and high-tech enterprise growth theory, using the method such as combining theoretical analysis with empirical research, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and summarizing analysis. It made a more in-depth study about some issues related to the high-tech enterprise sustainable growth based on enterprise life cycle theory.After describing the background and significance of research, the dissertation gave the path and methods of research, and reviewed systematically and analyzed the enterprise life cycle theory, the theory of high-tech enterprise sustainable growth, to provide theoretical support for further study. It analyzed the five stages of high-tech enterprises life cycle (seed-stage, venture period, growth period, maturity period, and metamorphosis period), and then proposed the content, dimensions and patterns of sustainable growth of high-tech enterprise. So after having a comprehensive understanding of high-tech enterprises sustainable growth, the dissertation researched high-tech enterprise sustainable growth factors and their mutual relations, while discussed the changes of importance degree of key factors such as technology, funds, markets, administration in the different stages of life cycle, to lay the foundation for the study of the sustainable growth mechanism.In order to explore the formation of sustainable growth ability, and how to assess its sustainable growth ability, and the countermeasures to be taken for high-tech enterprises to achieve sustainable growth in different life-cycle, the dissertation considered that to achieve sustainable growth, high-tech enterprises must acquire the dynamic mechanism of continuous innovation, build the four-dimensional dynamic model about mutual promotion of technology, funds, markets, administration, reveal that the key point for high-tech enterprise sustainable growth is to break through continuously business growth ceiling. This article designed high-tech enterprise evaluation index system of sustainable growth. In connection with the company characteristics in different stages of life cycle, it selected different methods of evaluation such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, gray clustering method, principal component analysis, artificial neural network algorithms, to conduct more scientific evaluation of the sustainable growth situation of high-tech enterprises. Based on the above study, it proposed technological innovation strategy, funds allocation strategy, management optimization strategy and marketing strategy of high-tech enterprises at different stages, and further defined the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.With high-tech enterprises in Wuhan as empirical target, through the research of the influencing factors of sustainable growth of high-tech enterprises in Wuhan, and the empirical analysis of its sustainable growth ability by choosing some high-tech enterprises in different life cycle stages, the dissertation further revealed that it is important to take some corresponding strategies in different life cycle stages for the high-tech enterprises to promote the sustainable growth.
