Research On Financial Strategy Optimization Of High-tech Enterprises Based On Sustainable Growth

Under the background of the new normal of the economy,innovation has become a new driving force for development.China attaches increasing importance to innovative high-tech enterprises.High-tech enterprises have become the leading force in promoting social and economic development and play a crucial role in improving national competitiveness.High quality sustainable stable development of the high-tech enterprise is closely related to effective planning of enterprise strategy,strategic management,more and more was introduced into the enterprise management,and because of the financial strategy is an integral part of overall company strategy,scientific formulation and effective implementation of financial strategy is the important guarantee of sustainable development of high-tech enterprises.In the era of digital economy,it is more realistic to study the financial strategy of high-tech enterprises.The concept of sustainable growth is introduced into the financial strategy of high-tech enterprises.Combining with the characteristics of the current development of digital economy,the innovative value creation model pays more attention to the development of platform economy and accelerates the generation of data synergies,so as to maintain its core competitiveness in the environment of fierce competition.Iflytek is selected as a case,this article,based on the theory of the sustainable growth of Robert Higgins,using Cabriel Hawawini and Claude Viallet's financial strategy matrix model and combined with life cycle theory to research and analyze its financial strategy,the purpose is through analyzing the financial strategy of the Iflytek,for the same type of high and new technology enterprise financial strategy adjustment and optimization advice,promote enterprise optimal allocation of financial resources,create more value for enterprises,and promote the sustainable growth.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of sustainable growth and financial strategy at home and abroad,and then determines the research content and research direction of this paper.Secondly,it gives an overview of financial strategy,financial strategy matrix and the relationship between sustainable growth and financial strategy.which lays a theoretical foundation for the in-depth study of this paper.It also objectively describes the basic development status and financial strategy status of China's high-tech enterprises,and makes a preliminary understanding of Iflytek's industry,which is convenient for the following analysis.Then the main research part of this paper is introduced,and Iflytek is calculated and positioned by the coupling model of life cycle and financial strategy matrix.According to the calculation,Iflytek is located in the first quadrant,which is short of value-added capital and belongs to the growth period of life cycle.Based on the current situation of Iflytek's financial strategy,this paper proposes optimization Suggestions for Iflytek's financial strategy from four aspects:investment,financing,operation and dividend distribution,so as to achieve sustainable growth of value and provide valuable Suggestions for other enterprises.
