Study On Regional Energy Development Strategy And Its Evaluation Model

Energy is the basis of the development of social economy and the booms of social economyrely on the persistent energy supply. From 1970s there have several energy crises and the worldeconomy had blown badly. So it indicates that energy issue has become the global issue. Forresolving the contradiction between economy development and environment, SustainableDevelopment has become the global cognition and a series of sustainable energy developmentstrategicmodeshavebeenbroughtforwardbyinternationalcommunityand governments.In this paper, a set of research on energy development strategy and its evaluation model isdesigned,andthemaincontentsandinnovationonthispaperarelistedasfollows:1. A set of coordinating evaluation model for 3E system is brought up on the basis ofanalyzing the concept, meaning and quantitative expression for coordinating system. Then thismodel has been used to analyze the status of 3E system in Inner Mongolia. Practice applicationindicates that this coordinating evaluation model and corresponding calculating method canexpress quantitatively the status of coordinating development of 3E system and provide decisiongistforstrategymaking.2. Asynthesis evaluation systemof the energy development strategyof Inner Mongolia fromeconomy, society and environment is established. Then the paper evaluates the Inner Mongolia'senergy development strategy by using NSFDSS. At last it elicits the priority of energydevelopmentstrategy.3. This paper established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with AHP- fuzzycomprehensive evaluation technique, under three aspects, society, technical economy, andenvironment. In the case study, for comparing the domestic and international industrialdevelopment level of wind energy more distinct, the evaluation is carried out from two standards,nation-wide and global. Finally analyzed the evaluation result, determined the critical index,reached conclusion, verified the evaluation system that this paper puts forward, and offeredcountermeasureandsuggestion.
