Construction of socialist new countryside is both an important historic mission of China and a complex systems engineering. The subsystems such as technological, economic, social and environmental,etc. involved in new rural construction have independent evolution mechanism and function separately. In order to rudce the cross-loss of energy, material and information, the subsystems need to coordination and coupling each other. For the purpose of proposing strategies and recommendations for new rural construction,we can study the coupled bionics mechanism and collaborative management of the subsystems because each subsystem meets the basic features and laws of biological evolution and coupling.The main contents and conclusions of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:1. Identification and functional analysis of subsystem. At first, we analyzed the relationship of various factors effecting new rural construction from external environment,and analyzed the relationship of internal factors effecting new rural construction from internal structure. And analyzed major elements and their interaction mechanism from interaction of various factors involved in internal and external of new rural construction system. That is,by detailed analysis of collaborative peocess of each subsystem such as economic,technological,environmental and social,achieve goals of prosperity economic,good facilities,beautiful environment and harmonious civilized finally.2. Biological coupling feature of subsystems. The author thought the organisms function of subsystems were similar to organisms and biota, so it was feasible to reaearch bionic coupling. New rural construction system is a nonlinear complex system composed by technological, economic, social and environmental, which has some features similar to organism, such as vital signs, universality, diversity, complexity, systematic, etc.The coupled model of new rural construction system mainly contains structural coupling, functional coupling, target coupling and temporal coupling, each coupling element coupled into a complex system by the four model above-mentioned.The form of coupling pattern concludes technology systems oriented, economic system oriented, social system and ecosystem oriented.The author proposed interaction mechanism fig of multi-subsystem. And then proposed the subsystem coupling fig of developed regions and developing regions. Finally,the author proposed the goals of new rural construction coupled system,including technological progress and transformation,allocative efficiency of agricultural resources,meet people's needs in agriculture,and regional ecological goals.3. Biological coupling mode and mechanism of subsystems. The author thought new rural construction system meets the basic law of bionic biological coupling, such as heterogeneity of coupling element, biological function of coupling, functions of coupling element can be reproduced,etc. The biological coupling mode of each coupling element includes self-bionic, management bionic and bionic diversity, etc. Bionic coupling of each subsystem must meet the following conditions: there are two or more coupling elements, intrinsic link existed in coupling elements, heterogeneity in material and energy among coupling elements, and effective, appropriate way for coupling. Furthermore, the coupling performance must greater than or equal to performance of all the coupling elements. The specific functions of coupling system can appear only when there are specific contact ways existing among each coupling element. The coupled mode of couplong elements include static coupling, dynamic coupling, position coupling, fixed coupling and non-fixed coupled, etc. The coupling phase of new rural construction system can be divided into low-level coupling phase, antagonistic coupling phase, basic coupling phase and advanced coupling phase.4. Collaborative management and development of subsystem. The author studied the conditions of co-evolution and the mechanism of synergistic coupling evolution of each subsystem in new rural construction system,and draw the conclusion that dynamic mechanism,innovation and safeguard mechanism influenced collaborative evolutionary greatly. Secondly,the author analyzed the "distortion" phenomenon of system structure,and discussed the effect of subsystem functional collaboration on new rural system,and thought it was necessary to modify develop direction to achieve the overall goal. And then,the author analyzed the impact of collaborative management of space-time system structure on the collaborative management, and proposed the collaborative thinking of new rural systems. And then,the author proposed the four-dimensional conceptual model basis on target analysis. Finally,the author analyzed the main function and the process of material cycle, energy flow and information transfer, and drew the conclusion that the function of new rural system can be divided into entropy increase type and entropy decrease type, then proposed theoretical model of system entropy. The collaborative effect of new rural systems mainly depends on market driven,technology driven and social civilization.5. Construction effect and objective system. The author proposed the evaluate index system of construction effect and identified the main effect factors of new rural construction effects of Changchun by factor analysis. Secondly,the author carried on factor analysis of twenty main effect factors and proposed the building effect function of Changchun, and studied the sensitivity of main effect factors to construction effects by taking five pilot villages as example. The results showed that the sensitivity of main effect factors changed with samples,and the sensitivity of the same index on different samples showed consistent trends. Finally,the author proposed the short-term objectives in 2010 and long-term objective in 2020 of new rural construction in Changchun, and put forward corresponding target system. Then, the author decomposed the target system into nine sub-targets, and proposed some building measures such as development of rural economy, construction of agricultural infrastructure and reform of rural social undertakings,etc.
