Research On The Coupling And Coordination Between Technological Innovation And Economic Development In Henan

In the new era,the traditional production mode that used to rely on factor input is no longer suitable for the development of social productivity.Practice shows that economic development should be more comprehensive,which should be reflected not only in quantity to achieve sustainable growth,but also in quality to meet people’s higher requirements for life.Based on the development of Henan Province,improving production efficiency and promoting economic development through technological innovation is the future development direction of Henan Province.In this context,discussing the interaction between technological innovation and economic development from the perspective of coupling and coordination will help to enrich the relevant theoretical research of technological innovation and economic development.Firstly,the paper expounds the profound connotation and relevant research results of technological innovation and economic development,and discusses the coupling mechanism of technological innovation and economic development.Taking17 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation system of technological innovation and economic development,and measures the development status by using entropy weight method and comprehensive evaluation method.Then,on the basis of measurement,the coupling coordination degree of technological innovation and economic development in prefecture-level cities of Henan Province is studied through the coupling coordination model.At the same time,the grey correlation model is used to study the impact of various indicators constituting the technological innovation system and various indicators of the economic development system on the coupling coordination development level,and relevant suggestions are put forward.The results show that:(1)In the scores of technological innovation evaluation system,economic development evaluation system and the coupling and coordination degree of technological innovation and economic development,Zhengzhou shows a relatively strong momentum,far ahead of other prefecture-level cities;Other prefecture-level cities generally face the problems of low score and insufficient development power.However,with the proposal of the concept of high-quality economic development,the development of prefecture-level cities has been improved,and the score shows a trend of steady progress.(2)The score of the evaluation system reveals the problem of unbalanced development,which is reflected not only in the large gap between prefecture-level cities,but also in the large gap between regions of Henan Province.(3)It is also found that R&D personnel investment,the number of college students,the ratio of per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents,the comparative labor productivity of the tertiary industry and the greening coverage of built-up areas have become important factors affecting the coupling and coordinated development of technological innovation and economy.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing the investment of innovation factors,promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,strengthening the construction of core cities,optimizing the innovation system,and continuously expanding the opening to the outside world.
