Urban agritourism is a combination product from modern urban agriculture and tourism, while the city reaching a higher stage of development of socio-economic levels. On the one hand urban agritourism, as a new industrial form, meets the educational, recreational and scientifical need of urban people and enriches the product mix of urban tourisem structure, on the other hand it realized the industrial upgrading of urban farming from a single-production function to multi-functions including tourism services and comprehensive scientific research to promote agricultural efficiency and increase rural incomes. Therefore, sustainable development of urban agritourism is very important and plays special role in optimizing the urban functions, coordinating the development of urban and rural areas to promote the building of new socialist countryside, and it need systematic and technical theory supports.The Paper launched a deep and systematic research on the theory and practice of sustainable development of urban agritourism based on the relevant research results of China and international agritourism, under the guide of sustainable development theory in tourism, urban-rural integration and systematic science theory. The research methods include:systematic method, combination of qualitative analysis and quantities analysis, combination of theoretical and empirical study, combination of comparison study and case study. The chapter mainly deals with the systematic analysis, systematic evaluation and simulation of sustainable development of urban agritourism and also presents the thread and countermeasures.This paper is divided into eight chapters.Chapter 1 is the Introduction, exploring background, object and significance of the study in urban agritourism, summarizing the current status and shortcomings of the of urban agritourism research home and abroad, and the brief introduction of the content and structure of the Paper, as well as the description of the study methods and technical line of this Paper.Chapter 2 is about the theoretical basis for related agritourism research, analyzing the concept of urban area, urban agriculture and urban agritourism, defining the meaning of urban agritourism and discussing the theory of sustainable development, urban-rural integration theory and systematic science theory. especially System dynamics. which will build a solid theoretical foundation for the further research of urban agritourism. Chapter 3 is the practice analysis of domestic and international urban agritourism. Giving a comprehensive introduction of the development of urban agritourism among some important countries and regions in Europe, Americas, Asia and Australia and exploring the key features of urban agritoursim home and abroad to summarize six agritourism types-such as government-oriented or industry-oriented, and taking examples in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dalian, Chongqing, Xi'an, Taiwan and other cities, analyzing the status and problems in urban agriourism development of different regions in China, analyzing the crux constraint the development of urban agritourism in China.Chapter 4 is the systematic analysis of the sustainable development of urban agritourism. We must study and analyze the sustainable development of urban agritourism in a systematic way and build a systematic concept modeling from industrial economy to resources environment to social culture and make a comprehensive analysis of the element, the level, the characteristics and present the three top functions:urban-rural industrial economy coordination, urban-rural resources environmental protection and urban-rural social welfarel and culture promotion.Chapter 5 is about the systematic evaluation of sustainable development of urban agritourism. Firstly analyzing the object and content of sustainable development of urban agritourism based on the evaluation model of scholars home and abroad via comprehensive evaluation method to build to the evaluation index system including 27 evaluation factors among four layers, namely object layer, rule layer, sub-rule layer and index layer; then using expert opinion method and AHP to determine index and making practical analysis for the sustainable development of urban agriculture tourism in Conghua District of Guangzhou City. The results show that the urban agritourism in Conghua District of Guangzhou City has been built.Chapter 6 is about the sustainable development of urban agritourism in system dynamics modeling and simulation, drawing causal loop diagrams and plumbing diagram, the establishment of system dynamics model of sustainable development of urban agritourism and make simulation of sustainable development of urban agritourism in Conghua District of Guangzhou City simulation, and study the development trends of urban agritourism in different development mode. screening the simulation model through the analysis of the simulation results.Chapter 7 is about the system management of sustainable development of urban agritourism. Four principles and the general ideas are presented to follow up according to the previous text. The four principles are:Best Overall, Three Attention, Multi-party Participation and Metasynthesis. The general ideas are:environment first, harmonious urban-rural relationship, multi-party participation and even development. The Paper also describes the opinions and suggestions on the management system and policy of the sustainable development of China urban agritourim from the point of view of the government, industries, enterprises, farmers and tourists.Chapter 8 is the Conclusion and Discussion. The papers have drawn conclusion of the study, research innovations, and a number of issues to be further studied.
