Coal resource in China has always been palying an important part in strategic position for the country's development. Meanwhile, the great improvements of coal mining system are also making outstanding contributions to the country. In recent years, however, with the increase of mining strength and consumption of coal reserves, ecosystem in mining group has been damaged so seriously that the sustainable development of mining systems is difficult to sustain. Therefore, a scientific and retional dynamic simulation model of mining system should be proposed as the basic theoretical basis for the implement of sustainable development strategy in mining group.Primarily, the writer gave a detail definition in the Mining REESM Sustainable Development System. Sustainable development of mining system is composed of the material basis of the resource subsystem, measure their ecological benefits of environmental subsystems, assuming its central economic position subsystem, achieving their highest goals of the social subsystem, and management subsystem playing its the regulatory role. Sustainable development of mining system has a typical characteristic of a complex giant system. Its internal drive is constituted by the positive and negative feedback mechanisms between and within the various subsystems.What's more, the writer analysised the evoluting mechanism. Writer thinks that the induced instability of the system changes have occurred within the economic sub-system, and one of the major carriers that cause substantive changes in an economic system is technology. The dominant principle decides that the adaptive change in the mining system also often occurs in the economic subsystem, which is mainly to bear by the control structure, consumption structure and technology structure.Additionally, the writer designed and built a mining system REESM simulation model of sustainable development. On the basis of defining the mining area boundary, writer established a system of SD model of mine by the means of System Dynamics. Writer tried to introduce management control subsystem M in the building model,so that we can see the coordination of social control roles of the resource R, environment Ev, economic Ec, the four major subsystems S. After passing the examination of effectiveness of the model, the article took Yanzhou Mining Group Baodian mine as an example, input real data, and then developped four acts to simulate the policy on the combinations of a number of parameters.The results show that sustainable development model is most suitable for the mine, because mining companies can offer development-oriented information and decision support for building and implementing strategies of sustainable better.Finally, the article put forward concrete measures for the mining system REESM the further implementation of sustainable development, which is mainly from the two major points, economic, social and environmental point of the mining system to make specific study.
