The mean of employee's organizational silence is the behaviors of keeping individual viewpoint from the organizational potential issues.Statistics as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of variance, and structural equation model were applied for the data analysis. Through the interview and the investigation with almost 1000 employees in Taiwan, the phenomenon and reasons of the Employees'organizational silence has been studied. The conclusions were drawn as follows:1. Three dimensions were comprised in the employee's organizational silence: "Worry-Recovery Silence", "Authority- Feard Silence" and "Do-nothing-Bourgeois Silence".2. "Authority- Feard Silence" has significant positive forecast to job performance. "Worry-Recovery Silence" has significant negative forecast to job satisfaction; but has significant positive forecast to turnover intention. "Do-nothing-Bourgeois Silence" has significant negative forecast to job performance.3. The all mediations variables (supervisory trust, supervisory support and emotive commitment) worked as complete mediations between organizational silence factors ("Worry-Recovery Silence", "Authority- Feard Silence") and turnover intention worked as partial mediations between "Worry-Recovery Silence" and job performance. There is no mediations effect between "Worry-Recovery Silence" and job satisfaction.4. Supervisory moral possess modulating effects to the "Worry-Recovery Silence", "Authority- Feard Silence" with job performance, but without job satisfaction and turnover intention. The supervisor's people skill posses modulating effect to "Worry-Recovery Silence" with job performance, but without job satisfaction. Significant differences on some factors of employee's organizational silence were found with different sex, different age, different education level and different length of service. However, there are no significant differences different job positions and different style of enterprises.6. The behavior exhibitions of employee's organizational silence include two factors:"initiative retaliates" and "negative passive". The three factors("Worry-Recovery Silence", "Authority- Afeard Silence" and "Do-nothing-Bourgeois Silence") has much significant positive forecast to the "initiative retaliate" and "negative passive".
