Work and work-related activities occupy a large part of adult life, and even can be said that in the adult world, most of the things around the work started. The impact of work on personal well-being is self-evident. Although scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on employee well-being and related variables, there are still some problems such as lack of comprehensive definition of well-being, only consider the organizational level and so on.This study takes the employees as the research object, uses the questionnaire survey method to carry on the research to the happiness of the staff in the workplace,explores the influence of the procedure fairness on the employee well-being and studies the role of the supervisor trust and the upper and lower level relations. A total of 569 valid questionnaires were collected by using the Employee Well-being Scale,the Program Fair Scale, the Upper and Lower Level Relational Scale, and the Supervisor Trust Scale. Male subjects were 145, female subjects were 424; age to 21-30 years of age; education to undergraduate and master's degree.The results of the study show that the supervisors 'equity positively affects the well-being of the employees. The supervisors' procedural justice positively influences the trust of the supervisors. The trust is fully mediated between the fairness of the supervisor and the well-being of the employees. Further research found that: the two dimensions of trust in the sense of trust and cognitive trust in the program fair and employee life well-being, work well-being and psychological well-being between the intermediary role, and the sense of well-being is a complete intermediary, the work of well-being The intermediary role of the largest. The relationship between the upper and lower levels in the executive procedural justice and employee well-being can not afford to regulate the role of access to intermediary variables in charge of trust, found that the intermediary adjustment.The findings of this study have practical implications both in theory and in practice. In theory, can provide reference for the following procedural justice and happiness research; in practice, for enterprises to improve employee well-being find the force point, enterprise's decision making process is fair and subordinate relationship, employees of the direct supervisor whether trust, are factors directly affect the well-being of employees. From the above aspects, coupled with other management tools, employee well-being should be greatly improved and improved.
