Research On Effective Local Government Model Of Old Northeast Industrial Base

Since reform and opening up, old industrial bases in northeast decline year by year which lies in the system. Under the new situation, institutional innovation and conversion of mechanism is the key to promoting northeast old industrial base, especially to promoting the transformation of the government to new active and effective government.Based on the latest research results of the scientific development theory, the government economics theory, new public management theory, regional economic development theory, and the theory of economic transformation, combined with the current economic and social development in Northeast and strategic position, as well as systems analysis and institutions analysis methods,"promoting questions - construction theory - analysis of the current status - Countermeasure Research" study path is provided.
