Mining Ecological Pattern Development Philosophy Research And Exploration

Thousands of years of mining development history has showed that, mining has played animportant role in promoting the civilization and progress of human society. However, with thesharp increase of the era development and human demand on mineral resources, thecontradiction and conflict between the mining industry development and ecologicalenvironment protection also becomes more and more outstanding.In today’s era, properly handle the relationship between resource development andenvironmental protection has become the sacred mission entrusted to us by the times.However, China’s mining companies are generally following the traditional development modefor a long time, and do not follow the laws of ecology, ignore the protection of ecologicalenvironment, especially the fast mining pace increased by the large modern mining equipmentresulting in the destruction of the mining development on the ecological environment isbecoming more serious. In fact, how to implement scientific mining development has becomea major social issue that we can not avoid.At present, the state has put forward the requirements of the development of green mining,and the basic conditions for the rules, but the academic research is still not enough orin-depth,.Research results also mainly concentrated in the circular economy and ecologicalmanagement and on the technology level. There is little research on the issue, in theperspective of starting from whole industry, macro, systematic, especially social andphilosophicay. It should be said that the mining industry as an important basis for promotingnational economic development, has come to change the development mode, and efforts toachieve the scientific, ecological critical period of development. At the same time, due to theimpact on the environmental and sustainable development, it has a strong urgency andpractical significance to research in-depth philosophical theory and practical exploration.The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive theoretical foundation and basicpattern for the mining ecological development, as well as practices and inspection standardsfor the basic national conditions, through the philosophical research and mode. So that, theproblems, related to the industry, difficult and complex, can become simple, clear, and easy tosolve.Using the methods of combining theoretical and practical study, system science andinterdisciplinary research, this thesis studies from three perspectives, they are epistemology, methodology and practice. The key findings include the re–recognition of the traditionalmining development, the theoretical construction of the mining and ecological development inthe philosophical point of view, the establishment of the basic mode, as well as the practicemethods and inspection standard of the ecological mining development.Based on the analysis of the significance and present situation, first, from the perspective ofepistemological, the value proposition of traditional mining development, the main hazards,the typical characteristic and philosophy basis is analyzed in-depth. We can found that, theunique value proposition of the traditional mining development is the maximization ofeconomic benefits, the major hazards is not limited to the ecological environment, but alsopose a serious threat to social harmony and sustainable development; traditional miningdevelopment has the following characteristics: the pursuit of the value on one-side, externaldiseconomy, high-entropy, and black self-interest injuring others, and it is built on the twomutual penetrating philosophical foundation, that is subject and object division view ofnature and economic socialist values. In this thesis, the traditional mining development isdeconstructed by the critical and reflection of its value proposition and philosophicalfoundation.Through the reflection and deconstruction of traditional mining development, theecological mining development is explained by philosophical angel in the epistemologicalpoint of view. As the key and difficult points of this thesis, the theoretical explanation includesthe concept connotation analysis of mining ecological development, the difference between thetraditional mining development, the source of the idea, and the philosophical foundation.Through the research, the thesis pointed out that the mining ecology development is followingecological laws, it is beneficial to human, social, economic, ecological environment, it has alittle negative effect. It has the connotation of respecting for nature, the green environmentalprotection, the complete, comprehensive, sustainable, scientific and reasonable, and ecologicaljustice value pursuit; the main difference between he mining ecological development andtraditional mining development is the values, practices and rating criteria; the miningecological development has such basic characteristics, economic benefits and ecologicalbenefits, sustainable ecological productivity, green altruism and the self-control entropy. Thesource of the main ideas come from the emerging disciplines of modern ecology, ecologicalphilosophy, system science, ecological economics, ecological ethics, and technology ethics, itis rooted in the two interdependent philosophical basis–subject-object unity andpeople-oriented. From the analysis of the basic principles of mining ecological in the epistemological point of view, that the mining ecological development should follow thesebasic principles: ecological, simultaneity and circular economy.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the mining ecological development mode is builtfrom the methodological point of view. As the second important and difficult part, in order tobuild a more scientific and reasonable mode, the objectives, criteria and methods of modelconstruction are established first. Then the α, β and ω mode is analyzed on the foundation ofmode basic, mode description and adaptive analysis.The study, in the view of methodology, included the analysis and establishment of miningecological development practices and inspection standards. This thesis points out that theachievement of ecological mining must be from four aspects. That is, ecological environment,ecological production process, ecological enterprise culture, and ecological businessmanagement. These four aspects are not only constituted the basic elements of the miningecological, but also the four basic ways and means of the mining ecological development. Inthe establishment of testing standards, this thesis proposes that mining ecological developmentis a composite system including the ecological and economic systems, organization andmanagement systems, ecological production process, ecological environment system,ecological productivity system and social relation system. Therefore, the standard system cannot only be made for one a system, and shall be in accordance with every systemcomprehensive elements of consideration. By reading a lot of references on related researchachievements, and on the basis of systematic theory, this thesis constructs a more thorough andcareful standard system of mining ecological development.To be able to closely integrate the theoretical research and reality, through the extensiveresearch and participating in the construction of ecological mining, this thesis, taking ShouyunMining Co., Ltd., as the engineering background, analyzes its ecological development methodsand path, studies its development model. At the same time, its ecological constructionefficiency has been analyzed by using the ecological development standards.Finally, the feasibility of mining ecological development is studied from regulations andpolicies, technical conditions, economic and social benefits and other aspects, and suggestionson the nation, the mining enterprises and social public are given.
