Wuling Mountains of Guizhou Province located at E106°56’–111°49’, N27°10’–31°28’. The present dissertation concentrated on the taxonomic study on the spiders from Wuling Mountains of the Guizhou Province. Four parts included.Part I introduced the brief introduction to Wuling Mountains of Guizhou Province, the methods and materials, the research history of families of Araneae and their current taxonomic situation,morphological characteristics, economic value, which were based on the national and international documents, dissertation published.Part II introduced the collecting information and distribution data of all species. Among them, the new species were given the detailed description about the morphological characters, the difference with related species, etymology and so on. A total of 192 species belong to 100 genera under 27 families have been collected from Wuling Mountains of Guizhou Province. The families are: Leptonetidae Simon, 1890; Pholcidae C. L. Koch, 1850; Mimetidae Simon, 1881; Oecobiidae Blackwall, 1862; Hersiliidae Thorell, 1870; Uloboridae Thorell, 1869; Nesticidae Simon, 1894; Theridiidae Sundevall, 1833; Tetragnathidae Menge, 1866; Nephilidiae Simon, 1894; Linyphiidae Blackwall, 1859; Araneidae Clerck, 1757; Lycosidae Sundevall, 1833; Pisauidae Simon, 1890; Oxyopidae Thorell, 1870; Psechridae Simon, 1890; Ctenidae Keyserling,1877; Agelenidae C. L. Koch, 1837; Hahniidae Bertkau, 1878; Eutichuridae Lehtinen, 1967; Miturgidae Simon, 1886; Clubionidae Wagner, 1887; Zodariidae Thorell, 1881; Gnaphosidae Pocock, 1898; Sprassidae Bertkau, 1872; Thomisidae Sundevall, 1833 and Salticidae Blackwall, 1841.Part III summarized the results of taxonomy and discussed some issues of difference families. 25 new species are named as: Mimetus acutus sp. nov.; Mimetus lamelliformis sp. nov.; Mimetus pulcher sp. nov.; Phycosoma bellissimus sp.nov.; Takayus albomaculatus sp.nov.; Prochora pseudopraticola sp. nov.; Clubiona obolonga sp. nov.; Clubiona pseudocorrugata sp. nov.; Clubiona pseudomelanothele sp. nov.; Clubiona supervoluta sp. nov.; Hitobia arcuata sp. nov.; Hitobia quadrata sp. nov.; Angaeus longductus sp. nov.; Pharta tangi sp. nov.; Tmarus fanjingensis sp. nov.; Chinophrys Yinae sp. nov.; Euophrys fanjingensis sp. nov.; Euophrys shortductus sp. nov.; Evarcha circinala sp. nov.; Phintella pulcherrima sp. nov.; Phintella wulingensis sp. nov.; Thyene fasciata sp. nov.; Yaginumaella fanjingensis sp. nov.; Yaginumaella supervoluta sp. nov. and Yaginumaella versicolor sp. nov.. 1 male supplement: Theridion obscuratum Zhu 1998.Part IV contains 95 color photos of the habitus and genital organs of all new species.
