Because of the piecemeal distribution of data in different branches, different regions and different departments, which are in various formats and hard to share, the geological data is not applied effectively. The services of spatial data must be based on the GIS software, and there are a lot of unstructured data, from which information and knowledge need to be rapidly obtained, synthesized and applied. At present the GIS software based on WEB SERVICE and GRID-GIS is difficult to satisfy the requirement of function services migration and unstructured data sharing.Under such circumstances, the thesis studies the framework of geological information platform based on Cloud GIS architecture and the key technology of data organization, storage and sharing, taking full consideration of the reconfigurable function, migration and polymerization characteristics of GIS services, and focusing on such complicate issues as the system architecture, data management, analysis, operation services, service-oriented development interface, spatial information services integration, interaction, visualization, etc. Through the extension of T-C-V architecture, the structure of Geological Cloud services warehouse, Geological Cloud services component production center, Geological Cloud services management center, Geological Cloud application production center and Geological Cloud application customization center are discussed. Meanwhile, the geological information service mode on terminal application layer and geological information service Portal technology are also studied. Based on these key technologies, the framework of geological information service platform is provided to solve the problem of services migration and support spatial information and unstructured data services. The 3D-One-Map services based on Geological Information Services Framework integrate the description, organization, discovery and publishing of 2D and 3D spatial data, and promote the sharing of diverse distributed surface and underground 3D data through scene services, thus realizing visualization of the information integration and high efficient interactive processing, which proves to be an effective mechanism of spatial data service and supporting technology. The unstructured geological data management and service methods based on Geological Information Services Framework is proposed and discussed. Adoption of this method improves the efficiency of data storage and management and optimizes information search and comprehensive extraction. The technology integrating the application layer and the framework lays technical foundation for the practice and showcase of geological data service process. The practice and showcase of the China Geological Survey Information Grid prove that the proposed geological information service platform framework based on the cloud GIS architecture could satisfy the deployment requirements of different geological map services, and potential evaluation workflow test. Combined with the spatial data and unstructured data, the mechanism of effective data organization, management, storage, integration, discovery, publishing, sharing and services can improve services abilities of the geological information evaluation and application.
